Cinnamon stick Yankee candle
While I’m happy with the entire Yankee Candle range, there is one that appears to be faulty
My partner has now bought three of these over last three months ( cinnamon stick, thinking the others might not be genuine however these are and the problem is they only burn in middle causing wax to melt and rise above wick putting it out once lit, it doesn’t even melt to entire diameter,
My best guess is mixture is incorrect

Large Yankee Candle in Jar
Hi, just to say I am so frustrated at my 3rd candle ending up in the bin due to insufficient wick not burning correctly, why is this when my other ones burn to the bottom of the jar using all the wax? I get that other cheaper makes doing this, but not Yankee, but they do.
The 1st 2 were bought from Amazon and the pack of 3 (2 of which are good) was bought from Costco

boo-nana toffee 3 wick candle
I bought a 3-wick boo-nan toffee candle. I have bought numerous Yankee candles and other candles over the years and have never been more disappointed! This candle ran out of wick so that my candle could not burn to the bottom, and I could enjoy the entire candle.
I am happy to send this back so that you can see and remedy your manufacturing process.

I lit a woodwork candle and turned to put the matches away - the glass shattered - hot wax all over furniture and hot glass burnt my carpet in various places.
I contacted Yankee Candle with images and all info and basically they said it should not have been on the sideboard. As its an indoor product and was only burning for 5 minutes before it shattered, I would have assumed that the product should be safe.
I was in the room along with family pet - luckily neither of us were hurt.
They have offered me £50 worth of their products in recompense.
I am very upset as the carpet has to be replaced and think it is only fair that they pay for or towards this. Not more of their products which I will certainly never use again.
The candle was not burnt too low or left unattended for a long period.
More damage has been caused.

I have been a customer of Yankee candles for many years now and particularly your plug ins as I have pets and know we can go nose blind.
I’m so disappointed, I got the black cherry to try(love the smell). However it has become faulty causing damage to my carpet and cabinet.
Please see the pictures. I have also purchased a carpet cleaner at the cost of £170 to try and remove the solution from my carpets and this hasn’t worked. My carpets are brand new just before Christmas.
Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Air Freshener (Car Jar)
This car freshener was literally hanging in my car for only 1 hour and it completely destroyed my climate control panel! I literally bought my car 3 months ago, it’s brand new, and now I will have to spend $1,000 to fix it! It is very frustrating that such a famous company doesn’t think and care about their customers! I bought this product at Yankee Candle store #STE L-111 in Soutlands, CO on 6/18/2023. The item bought is called 1627957E CAR JAR-DR LV O YCE.

Yankee candle explosion
My yankee candle tumbler exploded. Wax was half way and it melted causing the wick to drift towards the side glass where the flame continued to burn against the glass causing an explosion. Glass shattered and wax splattered up to 6 ft away. Nobody was next to it so nobody was hurt but when I came to see what happened the flame was still burning, luckily I was near and able to avoid the worse. I could had lost my home today.

my daughter was traveling in the USA, and bought me two "midsummer's night" candles. which are my very favourite .
the candle is burning straight down the sides haven't melted at all, (looks like a funnel) I am doing all the proper things, ( I've been using Yankee for years) this has never happened to me, I have no idea why this is, but I'm losing alot of candle this way. How can you help me ?

Sunlit garden sage tote/plug in refill
Purchased Sunlit Garden sage tote on 4/11/23. Packaged was delivered. Taken out of box but not unpacked till next day. Noticed that one of the plug in refills was leaking. The bottom of bag was wet and so was table. Once wiped off, it took the varnish off of the table. Table is now ruined. Table was just purchased in November of 2022 and was over $2500. Table also matches buffet that was $2500. We will never have any Yankee candle products in our home again. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve been waiting for 2 years. Every store tells me to come back during the semi annual sales but they have not returned. You keep retiring popular scents and bringing in scents that smell like vomit, and combined scents you should not have combined.

Poinsettia petals 22oz and christmas candy 22oz candles
I purchased these candles on 12/01/2022 from Ross Store #0569 in Chino CA my purchase price was $9.99 each with a 7.750% tax fee and brought them home and lit them that afternoon the candles burned for at least 4 to 5 hours with no scent. Please contact me for follow up much appreciated.

Sakura blossom festival large candle
Dear Yankee,
I bought this large candle some months ago and been buying Yankee for years and years with high quality results.
However, I’ve recently noticed a lot of pooling despite all the guidelines such as allowing the burn to be 4-6 hours, trimming the wick etc etc.
Now after a few candles I’ve had to throw out half melted and with no wick left I thought I’d bring it to your attention.
I think a refund or new candle is in order.

I have ordered and received the Sicilian Lemon Yankee Candle from Amazon's Prime Day on July 13, 2022. After burning for 11 and 1/2 hours, I regret to say , there is no aroma whatsoever. I have always enjoyed the scents from Yankee Candle. I am very disappointed in this one product. Let's hope we can make this right, so, I will continue to buy and rave about your products.
Large sparkling cinnamon
I purchased 4 Large Sparkling Cinimmon Candles December 2021 to burn during Christmas Day. The 4 Yankee Candles were lit Christmas Morning at 10:30 for the smell of Cinimmon (They Had No Smell) to full our house before our family arrived. Fast forward the Candles almost completely burned to the bottom of the jar when they were blown [protected]@6:00 pm the wick was black and at the bottom of the jars. On January 5th we began to put away our Christmas decorations and we found that soot from the Candles covered our living room, all my collection of Nutcracker, Snowmen, Elves & Moose. Were all gray, along with the ceilings through out our home the ceiling fans, curtains, furniture, walls and carpet the soot ran through our duck work for the heat/ac. I notified Yankee Candles customer service and filed a claim, sent in pictures of the damage per requested from Yankee Candles, the ruined decorations and the receipt were I had purchased the Candles. I had my home owners insurance company (Nationwide Insurance Company) fill out a estimate of all damage. Everything that was requested I sent to Jayvee and I spoke to 11 other individuals and one lived in the Philippines. I spoke to Karen in the Home Office very nice lady but after notifying Karen after speaking with Customer Service out of Winston Salem N.C. she said she would have Kim from the Legal Department to e-mail me. Not even 10 minutes later Kim
e-mailed me and said they could not find in everything I sent them, even pictures of the burnt down Candles. She said the denied my claim saying Yankee Candles were not at fault for the soot damage. She also said for me to never call Yankee Candles again. It's so sad all these soot claims against Yankee Candles that "WE THE PEOPLE" couldn't get a civil law suit against this company knowing they have faulty Candles. That continues to cause damage to ones personal property and they still sale them knowing the soot damage is a major complaint from their customers.
A multi Million Dollar Company should be ashamed how they treat their customers. What wrong doings you do to others, It will come back 4 fold.
From January-May (5 months of faultsified Untruthful massages rehursed hoping the customer will give up.

I called Yankee Candle because as a Fragrance Lover I am entitled to free shipping at $25.00. I was going to place an order on-line for $36.00 and was charged $5.99 for shipping. Customer Service could "waive" the charge, but you have to go through item by item for them to input, which we tried to do. One item I tried to order, I was told it was not on their screen so I was out of luck. I was on the phone with them for 23 minutes with no order being created. I was told a separate order for my Birthday Candle would have to be created. I was told if I place the order on-line, I could call back and get the shipping credited. So, I placed the entire order on-line and we will see if I get the item they said was unavailable and if I get the shipping charge credited to my credit card.
This has been an on-going issue with Yankee Candle and was told over two months ago that they were working to resolve.
Desired outcome: Yankee Candle needs to fix their on-line ordering system so that the $5.99 shipping charge is credited for Fragrance Lover Status Members at $25.00.
