Laundry Unlimited review: UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES & HANDLING 1

This is the FIRST and the LAST time that I will be using LAUNDRY-UNLIMITED for their services.

Over the phone already told the person who is coming to collect my curtains that it has been taken down and already being put into a plastic bag supplied by me to be pick up. The person came which i passed him my curtains and to my surprise took out my curtains from my plastic bag and lay my curtains on the floor and then transfer it into his own plastic bag.I mean how could you just take out my curtains and lay it on my main entrance/exit door floor...goodness that area is my walking area going in and out with my shoes on including my wife too. That already leaves a very very bad impression on me by giving them my curtains for washing. Weighed my curtains on spot in front of us and it's between 6.5kg, but the person told us it is a plus or minus and he simply round up to 7kg...WTH.

Returned my curtains by the same person who picked up from me for washing. Again put my curtains on the floor when i open my door to receive from him. Poorly bagged as i can see that the curtains was not packed individually and not sealed up. I have used other Laundry Services before and every time after washing they would sealed up the curtains individually to prevent dust or dirt from entering. And their services are even cheaper compared to Laundry Unlimited which even got the cheeks to impose GST to me for this fark tup services. How much would a few plastic cost just to pack the curtains individually and their charges are not very cheap too. I used them by recommendation from my colleague cause the usual laundry services that i have always used are in tight schedule and couldn't picked up my curtains.

I will never never ever use LAUNDRY-UMLIMITED for their lousy services again and neither will i recommend them to others like friends, relatives and other people.

LAUNDRY-UNLIMITED...You sucks.
