On this morning (31st May 2018), I ordered 01 Mini Bluetooth Speaker JBL GO .(Order code: #202701915068117, Link product: https://www.lazada.vn/-i150507309-s158181027.html spm=a2o4n.order_list.detail_image..4291705bwEVa2J&urlFlag=true&mp=1). The price is 599.000 VNĐ
Before that, I read your promotion programme: Discount 10% by mastercard payment.
On Lazada website: Lazada only supply information about promotion programme (Each type of card: discount code and discount rate, duration, ...)
I filled discount code and did purchasing guidelines fully.However, the total price is still 599.000 VNĐ, meaning that 10% discount was not applied as guaranteed on the website (https://pages.lazada.vn/wow/i/vn/VNCampaign/mastercard?spm=a2o4n.11286118.icms-5005960-1520933126745.1.45af3af1h6C45r&hybrid=1&scm=1003.4.icms-zebra-5005959-2620627.OTHER_5290874606_2401505)
After that, I asked 02 Lazada consultants:
1. MB - Thao Duong Thi Minh:
Ms Thao confirmed through email that: the discount code MASTERCARD is effective.
I didnt understand why 10% discount was not applied so I asked other consultant.
2. CNX - Do Nguyen:
Mr Nguyen answered that this discount code is only applied if customers make in-app purchase on the phone. This information is not published on Lazada website.
Enclosed is an image of Mastercard promotion programme. Through that image, You could check the conditions Lazada informed to receive discount
I supposed that this is lack of information from Lazada. As a result, Lazada should be reponsible for this mistake. I conducted purchase procedure rightly so my bill should be discounted 10% as guaranteed
However, in reality, I only received sorry from Lazada staff and Lazada has no solution to improve this problem. As a customer, I feel that Lazada informed promotion programme but did not want the discount code successfully.
