LBC Warehouse Solutions Bacolod review: super delayed delivery!!!

My package was supposed to arrive jan 12.
After checking the tracker a couple of days after the estimated date of arrival, a status of unknown recepient was stated on the tracker.
No delivery was ever made to our address! How can the recepient be unknown?!
After calling the warehouse they found my package and said that they will have it delivered the following day. Still on package has arrived and its already Jan 20!
Lousy service!
