Legacy Box review: legacy box 2

I mailed 15 reels of films to Legacy box to process over to DVD's-On February 24th a notification was sent that the DVD's along with the original 15 reels were sent back. Almost 3 months later and we will DO NOT have anything from Legacy Box. Legacy Box has destroyed all of our cherished family films-Stylemined order no is 1009068-/purchased on December 13, 2016. I would like a full refund of 96.95 USD-I am in process of filing a law suit against Legacy Box for the DESTRUCTION of our family films. The Legacy Box order number is 324988. This was a Christmas gift for my Mother-which has turned into a nightmare with the loss of all our family films. Legacy box CANNOT refund the 96.95 paid to Stylemined.
