Legacy Housing Ltd. review: Floors falling in

The didn’t put a subfloor in our house and only a thin layer of plywood. So after 7 years our entire flooring has to be replaced. If there wasn’t vinyl on the floors we would fall through. We aren’t big people and we don’t treat our house harshly. It’s just shoddy building using inferior materials and so far I’m out $6500 in out of pocket repairs but that’s not going to be the end of it. Where the new piece of plywood is there is about an 18 inch hole that fell through after the vinyl was pulled up.
