Les Schwab Tire Center review: not completing new tire install

I was returning from a 2 1/2 week vacation and hit road debris that caused a flat tire on the rear right of a Lincoln Navigator. I was able to use the spare tire and replaced and went about 25 miles to Richfield Utah to the nearest Les Schwab. The staff and salesman were very courteous and quick to determine that a repair was not possible. I then purchased two rear tires. They were relatively quick in their installation and helpful with loading all luggage back into the vehicle. From a past experience, I did witness the torquing of the lug nuts.

We took off and traveled over 1000 miles. I did noticed the vehicle had a more swerve from pavement imperfections and side winds, but thought it might be just different tires. When I returned home and emptied the vehicle I noticed that the tires looked a little low and checked the tire pressure. Both front tires were at 38 PSI, 2 PSI high, Both rear tires were at 20 PSI or 16 PSI low.

With a 1000 mile trip, I am not sure this was good for the tires, but did definitely have a potential safety issue with traveling at the 80 MPH speed limit.
