I was conned into buying jewelry for my wife. Now I get junk jewelry every month, billed to my cc. The company name is not listed and the phone# is bogus. There is no way to call the company and cancel. I'm being billed $19.90 every month.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I too have been caught in this scam. Telephone number is bogus and they are charging my credit card twice/month.
Watch out for these scams.

My grandfather (Japanese) has been caught in this scam. Procedure is more complicated. At first, he received air mail from Canada, company name is Sullivan Pierce Levin, which was written that you can get 200, 000US dollars so please phone to our office. When he phoned, he asked his credit card number as they would pay the cash to his card account. After that, Levine & Sandler LTD sent the junk jewelry and the letter "Welcome to our VIP member! We will send you nice jewelry every month instead of charging 20US dollars from your credit card." Only we can do is cancel his credit card immediately.
I have the same problem. What we're gonna do about it?
HOw on earth do you stop them sending the stupid packages?
I was sent one with a letter to say call this number [protected] to cancel your subcription (which I didnt sign up for) and when you call it they ask for a membership number every time you put it in they say you are putting the wrong number in even though that is the only 11 digit number on the letter. God knows how much that stupid phone call has coast me.
Not only that in my package there was a gold necklace with a pearl pendant and stud pearl earings (i wouldnt say they were real or even real gold) and they also put a letter to say congratulations you have won $1 and they actually put $1 in the package as well
I want this to stop how do we do this?
contact your bank and ask them to put a stop on this transaction from your account. l am being chrged 25.00. l am calling my bank now
Good day, I se I am not the only one that has been caught by these ###. THey are deducting R250.00 p.m. from my credit card and I don't know anything about any jewelry that i signed up for., and i NEVER buy anything with my credeit card unless I physical produce it. So these fraudsters must get HIT big time to stop them from conning people.
I am being billed every month for ### I have not signed up for. What I want to know is, how did they get my credit card information? They have no e-mail address, the phone number does not exist, and they have a Hong Kong P.O. address but they are in Canada, how the hell do these people operate. The sadest thing is, the banks are not very helpful, so I have to do my own research on these ###S. I hope that when they finally get caught, they are shut down and stripped of their possessions. B%#@!&ds!

There is no way to call the Company and cancel and an E-Mail adress does not exist.
I want to stop the deliveries!

I am being charged $20 a month, for some Costume Jewellery as well, the phone number I have been sent is (02) [protected] I have rung this company, as well I have returned the jewellery but for the life of me, they are still charging me $20 a month. I want this to Stop I am presuming the only thing I can possibly do I suppose is ring my bank & see what they can do.
I have just tried ringing this phone number of [protected] & it is not connected. So everyone don't both ringing this number it is not connected.
jewelry jtv stole out of my wells fargo visa $ 689.47 all in 2 days time.. at different times of the day . and different amounts .. i was looking for an honest shopping channel i only buy jewelry and got in contact with evine . told them what had happen to me with jtv . that i got a new platinum visa and new numbers and wanted to purchase jewlry from evine .. evine costumer service replyed back .in so many words.. ... that the same thing that had happend to me with jtv can happen to me on evine .. that stopped me from getting jewelry from evine . i am thank full for evine costumer service to let me know . that evine is capable of stealing money out of peoples credit cards.. i like to spread this warning to costumers of evine and otheres who think of dealing with evine . close your account . get a new card and numbers . stay away from evine . your card is an open book that can be vandalised by evine . and other corrupt shopping schannels..
