Lids Willowbrook Mall in LANGLEY BC and Lids Guildford Mall in Surrey BC review: Sport signatures for hat I bought online

First the manager (lady) at Lids in Langley BC had me wait over two hours for one hat that i wanted customized with Freddie Freeman`s signature on it. She finally started and butchered the hat to the point it was useless. She offered me another hat in the store but the hat i had was ordered online and was a better and more expensive hat. I left pissed off with no signature and a different hat

A few weeks later i tried again at Lids in Surrey BC to get my hat i brought customized with Freddie Freeman. The lady in the store said she was the manager at Abbotsford and was here today training a man there to be a manager. I explained what happened at the last lids store and she said she could do it and it would look great. I spent 20 min with her going over how it should look on my hat and then she told the manager in training to have me pay for the service. She told me how to price it and it came to over $54 and i immediately said it should cost 24.17 as i am a lids member and have had this done hundreds of times with my hats. She told me she was right and that price is wrong. I left the store pissed off and immediately called lids in both willowbrook mall and metrotown where both employees comfirmed the price would be 24.17. I then went back in and told the lady she was wrong and that i talked with two stores who priced it what i told her it was. She yelled out to me who did u talk to! I told her does not matter i just confirmed your price is so wrong. She got mad at me and i yelled back at her and left and she sarcastically yelled have a nice day. She wasted my time gas and again i travelled far to go to lids and nobody seems able to do their job! THERE IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES COULD NOT EVEN TELL U 5 TEAMS IN THE NFL. When somebody is pricing something 54 dollars when i can show u her a bill for the same service at 24.17 and confirm it with other stores and she still ignores me and stands by her own inflated price THERE IS A PROBLEM, i have wasted two days, 50 dollars at least in gas travelling at my time for a simple service that lids offers but cant do!
