They scammed me by selling me a 1 br at the goldwynn in Bahamas and told me I can list it as a rental property and make twice as much money and when I tried to do that, Charlene in customer service tells me about additional fees and tells me that I am not able to pay fees upfront and that the 60 dollars all inclusivie fee is no longer valid and tells me she will help me and never returns my call. I am so frustrated! They are scammers! How is this legal? They all should be thrown in jail! Charlene in customer service is useless and I am disgusted! I am needing some direction with this!
While I don't mind their core selling to me, their add-ons are a crock. InTravl credits are basically worthless, they may as well give everyone a million dollars worth of them. Then they sold me VCSphere (now Spryr) for $2200 saying it would help me make money, but it wasn't ready yet, so I waited and waited and they never emailed or mailed me. I finally search and find the [censored] last week and they tell me I missed the 30 day cancellation window. Turns out Spryr seems like an okay booking sight but wait they already set me up with RCI and InTravl, WTF would any sane person want a 3rd booking subscription?
