Lifetime Birmingham review: Unauthorized charges, poor customer service.

Been a member for 10 years. They got a new GM and Tennis manager and now charges just show up on your Bill. I play Flex matches for 10 Years, never been a problem. Now I was required to pay a $50 charge to play USTA Flex matches out of Lifetime that I already pay a monthly membership fee. I buy Tennis balls $2 a can, I am now told I must buy all match Tennis balls from Lifetime at whatever rate that want to change that week.

No other Lifetime anywhere or any Tennis club in Birmingham requires you buy tennis balls from the club.

A visitor was told his shoes looked bad and he would have to buy new shoes from Lifetime or forfeit his court.
