Contacted them about roof leaking after we noticed leak [protected])
Sent Pictures [protected]) of leak. No call back.
Called (3-21-21) to get them to look at leak, No call or scheule to look at leak on sunporch.
Called agin [protected]) was told agin a installer will call and schedule a time to inspect roof , no call back yet .Leak is getting worse.Was told by salemen ice guard was going to be installed under metal roof ,was not thus leak, roof is less than 5 degrees also.
No responce ever back from anyone.When crew came to install roof no one spoke english so was very hard to talk to them .Called saleperson so he could help with problem. Never got that resolved either.Head insaller was ment to inspect job but never showed up either.
Also no snow guards put on roof either.
Desired outcome: Fix leaking roof,and install snow guards
