Limitless Vacation review: Resort timeshare 4

I went to visit Vidanta resort in Nuevo Vallarta last

August. The offered us un upgrade to a better suite if we sta through the brunch sales presentation, incredibly persuasive sales people. After I refused multiple packages the come down to one costing $7980 with incredible cruises for free, and multiple five start resorts through out the world plus a complimentary week at a Vidanta resort at a time we’d choose to comeback. I asked multiple times, time and again if the package they were offering was for the hotel we were staying at, the Gran Luxxe, the unequivocal answer by both the sales man (Roberto Ruiz and his boss, Alex Bahena) was a rotund YES! As I indicated I didn’t have the funds in cash available they got me approved for the Barclays RCI Master Card with zero interest for the first year.

Dye to a debilitating health condition I have not been able to plan any traveling, I had a serious surgery which I’m still recuperating from.

Never looked or checked the paperwork, had been recriving countless emails and feisty phone calls about renewing my annual membership for Limitless vacations, I refused as I didn’t even know what role they played in the entire transition.

I called today to check on availability for thanksgiving week or the first week of 2023. I was astonished to find out whatever 10 weeks plus one complimentary week are not for the only hotel I stood in while staying there. The available choices are for the bottom of the tier properties which were never shown to me. Oh, but they were ‘kind’ enough to let us toured the states top of all of their tiers property. I felt so stupid and naive, they scammed me without me having the slightest idea what I was paying for. To add to my surprise, one week stay at the Grand Bliss or Mayan hotels will cost around $2500 for ONE WEEK, I’m FLABBERGASTED, utterly SHOCKED.

This is wrong and deliberately inmoral and wicked in some many fronts, I feel totally violated to my core.

There has to be something that can be done, I’d stop payments immediately but don’t want to ruin my credit that I dearly protect.

Please, please, please anyone with any info on the Class Action Lawsuit, please inform me, I must take action, I haven’t been able to wor in the last few years due to my failing health. Please contact me at [protected]@ymail. I’d appreciate any and all info you may have.

This is bluntly illegal, Limitless Vacation people have to be stopped taking good, genuine law abiding citizens, hard-earned money away…the must pay the consequences!
