I have been attempting to get my CPAP supplies since October 2022. My doctor's office has faxed order to them 5X, they keep saying they didn't receive it. I spoke to nurse at doctors office, she then called their local office about this. She also had difficulty getting someone to answer phone. Prior to her doing this I actually drove out there (which is 30+ minutes from my home). I had tried to call several times and no one would answer the phone! When I was at the office I was told they were short staffed and they didn't know why the answering service was not picking up their calls. When I was there it seemed like there was a lot of office staff standing around chit chatting and playing with a baby! All of this was in December. This visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. I then reported this to doctors office.
Here we are in January 2023 still no supplies! Come to find out they now needed a copy of my sleep study (but didn't bother to notify anyone. Once I found this out I contacted my previous CPAP supplier and obtained the results. Then again I drove out there to hand deliver the results.
on 1/2/2023 I received a call from the office requesting what I needed and brand. I told her I'd have to call back as I was at the hospital being prepped for surgery. I tried to reach someone all day Friday 1/27/2023. I was on hold an extensive amount of times and no one answered. I was able to speak to oncall center about this, she also could not get anyone to answer phone. She did send them an email and told me they were quick about getting back to patient. Guess what-I've heard NOTHING! Today (Monday 01/30/2023) I have called and again no one answers the phone. My only recourse is to drive out there AGAIN to deliver the information they requested!
I have also notified my insurance company about the difficulties I have had with LinCare! I am a nurse and have worked in the medical field for 40 years. I would have been fired if I'd given this kind of service. I never had any trouble with my previous CPAP supplier in California.
Desired outcome: Either close them down or get on the stick for MUCH better service! I need my supplies!
