Terrible service. They are slow-rolling claims reviews waiting for policy holders to die.
Well, after paying into the policy for 27 years, my mom is now bankrupt because the small amount of in-home health care she needs has quickly wiped out her small pension/ss benefits. We call and email DAILY and cannot get the Lincoln Benefit reps to respond. The first time the claim was filed, they say she didn't qualify because we submitted something incorrectly. Well, we re-filed, but they waited 5 months to review the re-submittal.
Desired outcome: Lincoln needs to respond to our phone calls, review the claim in a timely manner, and approve the claim for in-home healthcare.
