Lingenfelter Performance review: Awful services and almost impossible to change the pump

The company Lingenfelter Performance has the worst customer services. I bought pump from them, but it arrived already broken. So, I contacted the customer services and informed that I wanted to change it. No one replied, and after 2 days I have sent the pump back to the seller. But this guy continued to avoid me and I wasted money for the pump and for the useless shipping.
