I got on chat to ask a question about my old Link sys router. They told me it was too old to update but they had a great deal for me. The gal doubled the order so the price was $480. I didn’t catch it before paying. She says oh it has happened before don’t worry. Do t you just want to keep 2? One for upstairs and one for down? No it’s too expensive. No problem I can cancel. Two hours later, I’m sorry I can’t do anything right now but no worries we will cancel it.
Day 2 I receive an email that it shipped. I get back on chat as I can’t find any other way on the website. Oh we can still cancel it don’t worry. We will cancel and send you an email.
Evening of day 3- it shipped. Just refuse it or send back (at my expense). It will take another 30 days for refund. No apology. No remorse.
We aren’t talking $50. It is $480. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
