We were shipped a box of light bulbs without us ordering anything. Then they called us for payment, when I explained to them that we did not order the bulbs and wanted to return them, he said he had proof of our order, (but would not send it to me) and that we could return them but we would have to pay the return shipping. At this point, I will not be returning them and I will not be paying the invoice for bulbs that we did NOT order and can't even use on our property.
If you receive something from them, mark return to sender on the box and don't even open it!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
