I had my article published by Listverse 3rd of April and was told it'd arrive in 30 days. Still haven't received it. I've emailed Jamie Frater multiple times and never heard back. I also emailed Colin - the junior editor - and the submissions email. I've sent about 8 emails and still no payment or response.

I've been waiting for 30 days as well and have not received payment yet either. It's nearly 30 days. In fact it's 30 days on Friday. I've sent emails, but they still have yet to reply.
I am going through the same thing. I contacted Paypal to ask them my options and they recommended filing a complaint with IC3.gov. This site is completely shameful if this is how they do business. BEWARE
