Litigation Practice Group review: Being charge when account was settled

My name is Benjamin Bromley I have had LPG represent me from August 2020. They have billed me automatically 326.18. On October 7, 2022 , I noticed that I have found out that a collection against me from LVNV who bought the original debt from Capital One was seeking a law suit against me. I was never told by LPG of this and I just happen to check my credit report and saw this collection was bought and opened on June 28, 2021. Needless to say I have been paying monthly for this service. Ater receiving the law suit against me I reached out to LPG and they had issued me a lawyer David Orr in Florida to represent me. It took several months for Mr. Orr to get a settlement and I just settled with Mr. Orr who represented me with a negotiated offer. I have complied with the settlement agreement and received confirmation that final check was paid on March 9th. Now on my account I get a charge notice on my bank account the the 326.18 was deducted on the 10th of March. I wondered if I was working with my lawyer they assigned me to settle matter why are you charging me this fee. I have called serveral times and can not reach anyone. I was not charged in January or February since the assignment to Mr Orr and now I get charged in March when this case is settled.
