Litigation Practice Group review: Cannot talk with anyone

As you can you see from the documents I have attached, I have been with this company for 2 years now, I have paid them over $7000. I did not start having a problem with them until January of this year. Back on 1-30-23, I electronically signed court documents regarding Bank of America suing me for the balance on my credit card. LPG and I had agreed that I would pay Bank of America $207 per month for 24 months to pay them back the amount that they agreed on. LPG was supposed to then charge me $208.33? per month instead of the $305.21 I had been paying. This was to start the first of February so when I check my bank statement, the only amount taken out is the $305.21that I had been paying LPG all along and nothing is being taken out for Bank of America. That's when I tried to getting in touch with LPG and couldn't call them because the phone just gave me a busy signal and no response to emails. The same thing happened in March. I just checked my bank statement for April and this time they took out $208.33 but nothing is being taken out by Bank of America.
