I'm officially requesting a full refund of the money I've paid to your office associated with the Debt Relief Program that I enrolled starting MARCH of 2022 - this program doesn't work for my current financial situation, including the deficiencies displayed by this program and questionable actions taken by Litigation Practice Group associated with my account:
REFUND DETAILS
- 10 Months (from MARCH 2022 through DEC 2022): $814.62 × 10 = $8146.20
- 3 Months (from JANUARY 2023 through MARCH 2023): $496.62 × 3 = $1489.86
TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED = $9636.06
On 10 FEB 2023 Litigation Practice Group transferred my account to Phoenix Law without any prior consultation, however that law firm never collected funds from my bank account (specifically the payment corresponding to the month of March 2023, money that was indeed taken by your accounting department - see attached image files).
As of today, Phoenix Law was not able to address ongoing issues dealing with phone calls, emails and letters coming from collection agencies nor did they check into the issue pertaining to change of ownership for 2 credit cards (from Capital One to Goldman Sachs). Due to this inaction, yesterday 28 MAR 2023, I officially ended the contractual relationship with Phoenix law.
I tried several times to contact your offices using the number that shows on your website [protected] but ironically redirects to Phoenix Law.
Due to this questionable situation, I also issued a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau addressing the deficiencies of the Debt Relief Program sponsored by your firm and how I was negatively affected by this program (complaint ID#:[protected]).
Waiting for a prompt response.
Respectfully,
Daniel Contreras
