Nathan Bazler- Is selling sick puppies. We bought a puppy from him and he has kennel cough, so we took him to the vet. I ask Nathan to pay part not evan all of my vet bill. He tells me no and says my puppy didn't have kennel cough but got it from the shot the vet gave him. I have never heard of such a thing.
I have to say I would have never bought a puppy from a puppy mill
( but we are glad to have him). I have to believe its a puppy mill bc I have now found a couple differnt company names online to buy puppies from that I found just by googling his name. So please don't be like me look for a real breeder not some puppy mill.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Sorry- I don't feel one is enough, I want everyone around here to know what a lier Nathan Bazler is.
We just bought a yorkie from him and she is very sick, less then 48 hours and she was sick. I traveled 4 hours to pick up the puppy. My puppy that is 8 weeks old has been at the ER vet and they are not sure if she is going to make it. I called and he sounded like he could care less what is going on with our puppy, said to keep him updated. If I ask him a questions he will do everything but answer the question you ask him. BEWARE!
This is Nathan Bazler, owner of Little Puppies Online LLC. We have lots of reviews on the Internet about how happy our customers are, and just a few that aren't. Unfortunatly, when you sell live animals there is always a risk of illness. Anyone is welcome to come to our home and see our beautiful puppies. Mrs reed was given the opportunity to bring her puppy to our vet and we would have paid 100% of her vet bills. Since she declined and had a terrible attitude, she now has to pay for her own vet bills.
Mrs byards puppy had low blood sugar from not eating. We did everything we could to educate her on how to prevent this, but was unsuccessful. We are pleased that hear puppy is doing great today.
We have very healthy happy puppies, but like I said, when dealing with live animals, there is always a possibility if stress related issues. We educate all of our customers on this and are always available by phone.
I bought a dog from them and when it showed up it wasn't even the dog on the site. Then a few weeks later they posted the same picture of the "dog" I was suppose to be buying. They re-use pics. The dog I purchased was not healthy. I tried to get my money back and couldn't. I contacted the BBS, but it was ridicules. DON’T BUY from them!
Nathan, you are being very dishonest, very. The puppy you sold us did not have low blood sugar! She had a cough in her chest and a parasite. You know that you sold us a sick puppy and for the last 4 weeks she has been in and out of the vet. How can you sell a sick puppy to a 4 year old little girl, that she can't play with, her first puppy. That is wrong and you know it. You have a child, would you want someone selling him a sick puppy. Plus, if you were worried about our puppy, dont you think we would hear from you? No, the last to time I spoke to you about her, I said I talked to our lawyer, you said, your lawyer told you to work it out because they know the way you wrote your warranty that the court can't do anything about it. It is a matter of time before karma gets you. So, everyone that is reading this, he does sell sick puppies and more and more people will come forward. You deal with puppy mills not real breeders. Yes, go to his house and check it out. Very clean and well kept but he don't breed the puppies like he says he does. Website is down, wonder why? Now, if anyone would like to call and talk to me about little puppies online I would love to tell you more.
DAYUMMMM! Sounds like Nathan needs to take a break from selling puppies, sterilize his home and yard, and maybe try again.
Selling sick animals should be an arrest-able offence. It's basically stealing and it's completely abuse.
Nathan - why is your vet the only vet you will pay for? If I got a sick animal from you, your vet would be the last place I would take it to. I would want to go to my vet where I know that no deals have been made.
If you are willing to pay at your vet, you should be willing to pay for any vet.
IMHO of course.
He is a puppy broker and after so much research, usually puppy brokers buy from puppy mills. We travelled 4 hours to pick up our puppy. By no means am I new to having animals and understand that animals take time to adjust to a new home. I have told him many times that I don't want my money back, I just want them to pay some of the vet bills. what I think is funny, he has a warranty that everyone has to sign before you take the puppy, which is fine but like he said, he has the contract wrote where you cant get any money back or even help. basically it is a piece of paper that at the time you think, wow, they have there stuff together. he knows whatever pup he sells if the pup gets sick and dies, then he is free and clear. it is sad that in todays world all people think about is money. which is a sin. oh, one more thing, his vet, which we looked into and asked many questions about the shot records, my vet can't even read one of the shot names and called. Never called my vet back.
I also bought 2 sick puppies for Nathan and he refused to return my phone calls or pay for the vet bills. We traveld 3 hours to pick up the puppies on 2 different occassions. Now we are going o small claims court, but if i find more people who have experienced the same maybe we will take it to the next level.
I, too, bought a sick puppy from Nathan. ( A little Boston Terrier they had named Betsie) They absolutely knew she was sick because they said they had to get her well before shipping her. Time passes and surprise!...she is well enough to come to my home. Of course it was their vacation time and they wanted to rid themselves of her responsibility. This little puppy was pitiful. They knew she wasn't even eating!.I took her to my Vet and spent $250.00 on the blood work only to discover she was VERY sick...even had kidney failure. My vet said she would never be a healthy dog with a life full of challenges. I paid for the dog, paid for her flight to Texas. Paid for the Vet here and paid for the flight back to Ohio. Nathan knew it was wrong and said he would "take care of me". I never saw a penny nor has he called me. I was just ripped off and he knows it. I thought I could trust him because they have friends here and one of them is a preacher. Goes to show when it comes to money, some people will never do what is right. (and they were supposedly "Christians". I had purchased a healthy dog from Nathan prior to "Betsie" so I know they are not all sick. But straight up honest, he is quite crafty, unscrupulous, will sell anything to make money regardless if it breaks your heart. He does not tell the truth or follow up. I am embarrassed I was reeled in by such a smooth talking business man.
I bought a puppy from nathan and have had nothing but issues. First he was diagnosed with a parasite that was causing him to not eat which caused his blood sugar to drop to 12. A low glue close for dogs should be between 70-80, the vet said had i gotten there 10 minutes later he would of died. After putting him on 6 different meds and my other yorkie on 3 for preventative reasons, he got a little better. I was in the ER with him last night due to him shaking and swaying back and forth after he ate, almost like he was drunk. Turns out he has liver shunts which is a hereditary condition and could of been prevented had Nathan not been breeding dogs that had this condition. I was advised to contact Nathan and trust me i will. This will not be the last he hears from me. I wont stop until he is shut down! When I first had issues with my yorkie, i contacted Nathan and he wasn't willing to help out with anything. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY! What he is doing is wrong and i promise i will shut him down. I don't want a dime from him i just want him to no longer be able to breed sick dogs, and make sick puppies. It's wrong and i will make sure that he never breeds another dog again.
I agree, I my Wife had just purchased a puppy from littlepuppiesonline.com and once we picked the puppy up at the air port she was very filthy and dirty and smelled awful, and was shaking very bad my wife took her to the groomer the next day. Then we made a appointment to see a vet and when we saw him he told us the puppy had a very bad ear infection. To tell you the truth this don't look like the same puppy that was on line that I thought I purchased .Nathan man the old me would have took a plane or drove to your door step and handle my business, you dig.after he sold my wife the puppy I E-mail him and no response
I, too, purchased a puppy from Nathan, which arrived filthy and smelly with his ears oozing. We had to take him to the vet within 48 hours of receiving him, only to find that he had kennel cough. I've since seen the same photo of the dog that I believed I was purchasing posted on his website to be sold again. He is most certainly re-using these photos. Additionally, I paid a premium price because my dog was advertised as being a "teacup" who would only be 3.5 lbs full-gown. Now, at only 6 months, he is nearly 7 lbs. Of course we love him and would never dream of returning him, which is exactly what Nathan is counting on. By the time you realize your puppy is not what was promised, you're already in love with the little guy and would never send him back to a place where he won't even receive minimal care. I would NEVER purchase another dog from these people. While their prices are significantly lower than other breeders, $800 is still alot of money to pay for a dog. You're better off saving for a little longer and getting a healthy puppy from a reputable breeder. You should be ashamed of yourself, Nathan.
i have a male yorkie from littlepuppiesonline.com i had him for 5months now and all he had was ear mites a mild case vet said he was very healthy maybe i just got lucky but i think it is a puppy mill or something like that because you can here alot of dogs barking on the side of the house more than just 3or4 dogs and in there kichten they have a big rabbit cage that they had the puppies in and when i did pick him up and smell him he smelled badddd so next time i will spend more money and buy from affordablepets.com
I had been looking on the site littlepuppiesonline.com and was considering purchasing a puppy. I have noticed several links through different websites posting the same picture of a puppy with different information all linking back to his website. I was searching all over the internet looking for whether they were reputable or not and sadly came across many "good reviews" before ever coming across this. Through the Better Business Bureau they even have a "B" rating... may I make the recommendation to those of you who have experienced this to submit your complaints to them. At the very east his rating would go down and he would look less credible to those researching purchasing a puppy through him. Thank you for sharing. I now know to go elsewhere. I am sorry for all the difficulty you guys have experienced and it breaks my heart to think of the conditions those dogs are being born/breed into.
Wow! Thanks everyone. I've been looking for a Shih Tzu puppy. Almost bit, but glad i did my due diligence first. I'll look elsewhere, thank you.
By the way there are no full grown dogs at 1 and 1/2 pounds except for the world's smallest dog or -
One on the verge of DEATH
We purchased a mini dachshund from Nathan. We also travelled 4 hours to his home and 4 hours back to our home. Our dachshund is now healthy but when we brought her home, our vet told us she had a case of ear mites and kennel cough. Nathan was good in returning phone calls and e-mails before we purchased our dog but there was something in my heart that doubted things he said because he told us they were the breeders of our dauchshund which wasn't true. When we went to pick up our dog, his son was handling another puppy and he was very rough with it. I do NOT support puppy mills and if Nathan gets his dogs from a mill, he should be closed down forever. I guess I am looking at the adoption of our puppy as a "rescue" from an environment that places too much focus on the almighty dollar instead of the well-being of their puppies.
I have purchased two havanese puppies from Nathan and I couldn't be more happy. They are healthy, energetic, and the sweetest pups I could have asked for. Things such as kennel cough and mites are common problems found with puppies, even puppies from reputable breeders. Even things such as worms and parasites are common. We have a standard poodle we bought from a very reputable breeder, and paid 1500 dollars for him, and as a puppy he had ear mites, an ear infection, and giardia, a common parasite. I would recommend Nathan and his puppies. I have been very happy with my additions to my family

This is Nathan Bazler, owner of Little Puppies Online LLC. I wan’t to start of by saying that there is a bright side of these complaints being posted online...I have been able to use them as constructive criticism to bring my business and breeding program to the highest standard. Here are a few things that have changed in the past 6 months...We have built a new 500 sq ft kennel with its own ventilation, water, and septic system. We have hired two kennel techs to help take care of the puppies and we have a vet visit once a week. We have also changed our mindset of customer service. I promise you, that in the rare event that someone has a problem with their puppy, we will take responsibility financially and morally to do whatever needs to be done to correct the situation. The positive reviews online about our company far out weigh the negative and I hope that customers factor this in when deciding on working with us to find your future puppy. I challenge anyone who has made a complaint on here to contact us so that we can help make things right.
Wow! I was getting ready to buy a Havanese puppy from these people so glad I read the reviews.. This makes me sick I wish I did not even find this place. I did not enjoy reading about all this cruelty. Nathan I am the person who talked to you from Minford. I think this is a shame. T hank you to all of the people who came forward.
Real Testimonial From our Website
We came and picked up Brantley, a beautiful Morkie, about two weeks before Christmas.
When we got there to get him, Nathan was more than happy to let us see other puppies before making our final decision. He answered all the questions that I had and didn't mind us taking our time. Nathan had everything in order for him and everything was ready to go after we decided on him.
He has traveled with me many places and many miles during this holiday season and has made a wonderful companion. The vet said that he is extremely healthy. The little guy is finally done with all his puppy vacs, so he won't have to get [censored]ed for a while- which I'm sure he is very happy about.
He has been a big hit with my friends and family, and I have recommended Little Puppies Online to quite a few of them.
I am SO happy with my puppy and I can't thank LPO enough!
Oh and- anyone that is looking at this website and falling in love with a puppy, but is also seeing the ridiculous complaints about LPO on other websites, we have had absolutely no health issues. Those gave us major concerns, but we did it anyway, and could NOT be any happier!
Thanks for everything and a wonderful addition to my life!
We have had Emma (Star) for three weeks now. She is the most playful little puppy. She loves attention and we love giving her it. She's the best puupy I've ever had we are so happy with her thank you Sara & Nathan We will be buying another puppy form littlepuppiesonlin in the near future and thanks again.
I love my puppy! We have had him a little over 2 months now. He is so sweet and fun loving. you guys are the best! Thank you :)
We bought Coco (was Gracie), a Yorkie, last August from Nathan and she is perfect. She instantly fit right into our family and has so much love to give. She will play for hours or curl up and sleep all day with you. She's so kind and love-able. We couldn't be more thrilled with our amazing little puppy!
Real Testimonial from our website.
I can't say enough about Nathan and Sara. Both were extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I was a flying idiot with the purchase of my puppy, Cupid. And they were nothing but kind and forgiving.
Their house is amazingly clean and they have a beautiful friendly little boy, and a little girl... and still manage to keep up with the love of the animals.
They are very personable and informative as well as patient. I brought home the most beautiful, loving, smart, and playful puppy that I am forever grateful for. I can't thank them enough! Everyone that see's him, just falls in love with him...even those that don't love little dogs! My puppy has been loved and well taken care of and well adjusted...as well as just PERFECT!
The picture of "Cupid" is a picture they took.. which just goes to show you how professional they are.

We purchased our teacup Yorkie, Daisy, about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our new addition! She immediately mixed well with her big brothers, and our vet gave us the reassurance that she was 'very well taken care of and was a very healthy and happy puppy' during her first exam. We considered looking at puppies at other local businesses in the area, but are SO happy that we chose Little Puppies Online first.
Real testimonial from our website
We had been looking for a Dachsund puppy for our dachsund Honus for a companion. We came across puppies online and though they didn't have many listed we called Nathan said they had what we were looking for. We picked him up this past Saturday. Nathan and Sara were really nice people and let us take our time with the puppies in their home. Wefinally made our choice and named him Mickey. He is sweet little guy and he has fit right in at our home. He loves to play with Honus and they get along very well. I will say he's a handful but we fell in love with him before we even got home. I would recommend Nathan and Sara to anyone who is considering adding a lap dog to their home.
Real testimonial from our website
Thank you for my wonderful puppy! It's been almost two month since we picked up Lucy and I absolutely love her! Being that this is my first pet, I could not have asked for a better little girl!
Thank you again!

Nathan, thank you so much for such a perfect dog. Not only is she beautiful but she is amazingly smart as well as very healthy! At 10 weeks she's practically all potty trained and we've only had her 2 weeks! She's very playful and loving towards anyone and everyone. Everywhere we go we're stopped because people can't get over her unique look! Thanks so much for being patient with our many questions. Would definitely recommend! She is definitely bringing joy to our friends and family.
I tried to get info on a puppy and found that the website they directed me to was full of reworked photos. I don't believe those are the real dogs in the slightest. How horrible of these people!
Sorry that we take great pride in our business and try to offer our customers the best possible photos of our puppies. We have a photo studio in our basement set up just to take pictures of the puppies. These are real pictures of real puppies that are not photoshopped!
Thanks for all the postings of issues. Its very helpful to those of us looking for puppies and wanting to avoid puppy mills like this one.
Wow! I had an appointment to buy a puppy tomorrow. Guess I'll be cancelling. Thanks for the information and best of luck with your pups!
I bought a puppy from them on March 21, 2012. Before I bought the puppy I read some of the reviews and things on the website. Well I asked for some new pictures of the puppy (to make sure that i would be getting the puppy that i saw on the website) but they said they were out of town and wouldn't be able to get new pictures until that Saturday. I asked about shipping (as i am in a different state) and i was told they would be able to ship him out that Friday and said they would be back in town that Thursday. I didn't understand why they wouldn't take a snap shot of him for a buyer the day they got home just to put the buyer's mind at rest. Well after i read the reviews on his site i bought the puppy (didn't find this site until later). After i bought him on the site, i got an email stating they would send me all the flight and care information the next day as that would be when they got home from the trip. the next day i didn't get an email from them until i sent them two (on accident) at 9pm asking for the information they said they would provide. They gave the flight information which was on Friday March 23rd and a lay over flight not a direct flight (they are in OH i am in IL there should be a direct flight from there for the $285 shipping that i paid.) The second flight was delayed by almost 2 hours. The puppy did not get to us until almost 8 pm ( he was supposed to be in closer to 5:45) I understand they can not control if a flight would be delayed but for $285 shipping it should have been a direct flight. When he got to us he was coughing and sneezing so we made a vet appointment for the first open slot they had which was Tuesday March 27th. We took the puppy in and found out that he has kennel cough, and is not up to date on his shots (which is stated in the warranty from their website). They also states that you can not have the puppies given any shots for the first 10 days of having the puppy. The warranty is very confusing. So, I sent an email to them about what the vet said, the warranty so that i would be able to get some clarity on things, and to let them know that the puppy is fine aside from the issues i listed. I still have not heard back from them. I love my puppy don't get me wrong and wouldn't change him for any other puppy in the world, But its not okay to send or sell a sick puppy. He still has kennel cough we have been giving him the medication since the day we took him to the vet.
Wow...So sorry to hear all these complaints. I bought a Maltipoo almost two yrs. ago...and he was perfect! He had an appetite and played ! Our Vet said he was fine in great shape, and no illness! I hope this is only a few sick puppies, because Natan was so cool with us ! He made a promise that I would receive my puppy by the weekend...and I did get him...Ohio to Florida! This I hope isn't true!
This is my very happy, healthy Maltipoo..Austin, so sorry to all who received a sick puppy
I'm very happy with my puppy too. He is very cuddly, and adorable and as i said i wouldn't change him for the world. But the customer service they give is not that great. I still have not heard anything from them when i brought up my puppy having Kennel cough and not being up to date on his shots. I sent them the message the day he went to the vet that was 8 days ago. I know that my puppy will get better eventually he is still having issues with kennel cough and he has been on medication for 8 days now. We have to take him back to the vet this Friday when his medication runs out. He hasn't been able to be a very active puppy due to the kennel cough the vet said to limit his activity. Even on this site Nathan states "We have also changed our mindset of customer service. I promise you, that in the rare event that someone has a problem with their puppy, we will take responsibility financially and morally to do whatever needs to be done to correct the situation" but they never answer you when you complain. That is why people turn to this site and others like it. They give you the "promise" to have healthy puppies and UTD on shots but they aren't. I just want them to take responsibility for it.
Well, I am sad to read all of these negative complaints! The pics of the Shorkies are so adorable and we have been showing pics of these cuties to my son. I am in the process of finding a new little Shorkie as a present to my recently adopted foster child. I guess I'll keep looking, any suggestions for non-puppy mill type breeders in the Indiana - Ohio area?

Hi [Name Removed],
My e-mails to you never once asked you to compensate me for the vet bills, we were asking you for advice in regards to the care of the dog that we purchased from you. We were also pointing out that you stated on that forum that your "mindset of customer service" has changed but, from our perspective, it has not due to the lack of a response from you in regards to the questions we had about the wording on your warranty as well as the info our vet told us about the dog needing more vaccinations.
My email yesterday was just stating that we are under no obligation to you to remove or change anything we posted online. What you are saying in your reply stating that we would have to take down our post on the website in order to be able to be reimbursed from you for the cost incurred from the dogs illness is ridiculous. As far as our reason for not calling it is because we want the discussions in writing (like was said in my email on the 11th of April) so there is no confusion as to what was said and when. As far as your opinion on this not being a customer service issue and just a lack of communication between us I disagree because communication is very key to customer service. We sent you an e-mail the day we took the dog to the vet (March 27th) in regards to the confusion we had about the warranty, and the vaccinations, as well as confirming the dog had kennel cough. It wasn't until the day after the follow up visit with the vet (April 9th) that you replied and where we stated that we had found the complaints website. That's 13 days later!
In the end we don't want anything from you. We are just trying to point out to you that, in our opinion, your customer service is still very lacking. Lashing out with your threats of a lawsuit if we do not remove our posts if we were to expect reimbursement do nothing to improve that opinion at all. Like we said in our forum post we are very happy with the dog we got but very dissatisfied with the lack of a response from you in regards to our questions/concerns.

I'm not real happy that your reply seems a little as if it is black mail to keep the negative reviews up only if we do something. However, please forward us the your vet paperwork as we requested in an earlier email. It also seems as if you may be confused as to what is going on with our contact we have made with you. Your first email where you expressed concerned about kennel cough, we emailed you right back with some info to help you through the night with him and that he might need antibiotics a nd then told you to call us if you needed anything further. (WE STILL HAVE YET TO GET A CALL FROM YOU! THIS I DO NOT UNDERSTAND SINCE YOU ARE SO UPSET!) Below is the next email you sent us. From reading the below email, I do not see where it ask any questions or begs for a reply in any way. You even said, you were just keeping us up to date. I really do not understand. It sounds as if you want everything but aren't doing much to help yourself to get it. Most of our customers who ever have any issues just give us a call and we take care of everything. Unfortunately we hav e a hard time finding the time to answer emails that we really do not know much about the situation (hence why we told you to call us on more than one occasion!) I hope you understand we do not try to avoid, and or be lax on our customer service. However, we can not help someone that makes it hard for us to do our job correctly. Bottom line is this whole problem is a a problem of communication between both of us, not a problem of bad customer service. Please send us the medical records. We will cover the cost of what we need to. Before a check is issued, we will have you sign a paper from our attorney stating you will be relieving us of all claims and that you will have to take down the complaints and be subject to suit if any other claims are issued after this is all settled. Thanks for your consideration in this settlement.

I just brought the puppy home from the vet and he does have kennel cough. The vet also said after looking over his shots that he is due for puppy distemper and canine cough semi annual vaccination.
With the SELLER EXPRESSLY WARRANTS AGAINST PARVOVIRUS, DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, CORONA VIRUS FOR TEN (10) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
in the warranty but the 5th bullet point on the warranty says failure to maintain the vaccinations voids the warranty.
So we have scheduled it for next week when we have to take him back for the kennel cough, and the vet said that it would be fine to do so. We found some of the wording in the warranty a little confusing so we wanted to keep you up to date on everything that is going on with him health wise. Other than the kennel cough the vet said he is healthy and he is eating well.

We found some of the wording in the warranty a little confusi ng so we wanted to keep you up to date on everything that is going on with him health wise. Other than the kennel cough the vet said he is healthy and he is eating well.

Just give him some maple or kayro syrup to keep his sugar levels elevated. Give him a teaspoon every hour during the day and continue to make sure he is eating. He may have a respiratory infection that will need antibiotics. Please keep us posted and call in the morning if you need to.
Thanks

I noticed that the puppy has been sneezing, coughing, and seems kind of lethargic at times. He has slept most of the day away and doesn't seem to have an interest in doing much. I have made sure that he has ate and has plenty of water to drink. We got an appointment for the vet Tuesday 3/ 27, do you think we need to take him sooner? Thanks

I wanted to let you know that the flight has been delayed and they are saying it will be another hour or more. I am a little worried about him being on such a long flight and how long the dog has gone without food or water. The flight from Detroit hasn't left at this point and the last update from deltas website is saying it won't arrive here until 7:09pm ct.

Flight out of columbus ohio is delta 5038 MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE EMAIL: Sid will arrive at the ORD International airport on Fri. March 23 at 5:54pm on Delta airlines flight [removed] You will pick the puppy at the Cargo Building (please call Delta for directions [removed] option 6 then 1) and you will need your ID. Print out this email and take it with you so you will have the booking #. The booking number is [removed] If you do not see the health certificate (pink slip), as k the rep. that hands you the puppy for a copy of it. This is the shot record for the puppy from our vet. The puppy is eating Royal Canine puppy mini baby dog 30 (yours will be taped to the top of the kennel) You should be able to get more of this from any pet supply store. It would also be a good idea to get some canned wet food (yours will be in the care package). Sometimes the puppies get stressed out and do not want to eat. These items will help you get your puppy to eat if they are too stressed out to. You must call us at the first sign of this (not eating) so we can walk you through a few things. Offer your puppy the dry and wet food for the first few days. It is imperative that they eat so that there immune system stays strong. For the first couple of weeks, leave the puppy food and water all the time. Making sure your puppy is eating will prevent hypoglycem ie (low blood sugar). This is the biggest worry for these little puppies, making sure your puppy is eating is the best way to prevent it! If the pu ppy is not eating contact us IMMEDIATELY! If we are not contacted, we can not help! [Phone # removed] We are available 24/7. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. All puppies are clean and healthy when they leave our home. Some may get car sick and/or soil in the kennel on the way to the airport and during the flight. Please understand that if your pet is dirty when they arrive it is because of these factors. Please bathe them in puppy shampoo when you get them home and blow dry them completely. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PUPPY EATS AND DRINKS SOMETHING BEFORE IT GOES TO BED. CALL ME IF YOU CAN NOT GET THE PUPPY TO EAT! *** Our warranty states that you must take your new puppy to the vet within 4 business days of receiving him/her. Additionally, NO vaccinations are to be given at this time!*** If you are happy with your puppy and our services, you can post a picture of your new puppy and a testimonial on our website

Also, let me know if you got my email from earlier about the name on the for picking up the dog at the airport. Thanks

We will give you his vet paperwork when you pick him up. He was just checked by our vet on Saturday. You can read our health warranty under terms and conditions on our website. You can pay via PayPal through our website, but we do not allow for escrow payments. We are out of town now so a new picture would be impossible until this weekend. Sorry, I hope you trust the pics were just taken. You can also read over 100 customer testimonials on my website and contact my past customers through there as well.

What would come with him as far as shot and health records? When were his last shots? What guarantee do we have that we would be getting a healthy dog? Is there any way I could get the picture with my name in it? Do you allow for the papal escrow payments?
