my name is harry, from australia, i got a recent mail, but the thing is its not a spam, it directly came to my inbox,
they says that, they already send the cheque of 1.50 million pound to my address, through a courier called relliance courier.
they says that they need 514 aud to make the delivery, i will paste the thing they posted me, so that no one gets their hands burnt, this time they used the bell.net web address.Thanks for filling the Claims Form on the Notification message. We hereby confirm the receipt of your correspondence and assuring you that in line with our principles of efficiency and transparency, you shall be treated with the best possible service within the abilities of this office. You have been confirmed as a winner of £1, 500, 000.00 Pounds from Liverwood promo held in September, 2010.

I just got one one of the same thing. I chose them to send a check instead of 'handing over' my bank account information. They emailed back about Reliannce Delivery and want lots of money for delivery. My delivery is somewhat cheaper than posted above (75 pounds). They sure have alot of money to give out 1, 500, 000 pounds to so many people. Typing Liverwood promotions in a search box brings up several accounts of this. They should get caught soon.

i just got the e-mail today but i knew it was a scam because i live in the U.S.A. so how can i win a lottery in england?

I just got a e-mail today saying i won a lottery in England. but i'v never been to England and i live in the U.S.A. so i know it is a scam.

I live in Mexico and aI recieved the same e-mail there must be a way to catch these guys because a lot of older people and yes some young ones who will fall for this scam let get these creeps!

THE LIVERWOOD PROMO IS THE HONEST NAME CAMPANY AS I THINK. THIS IS TRUE OR FALSE ?

I usually click on details in the email find the address it comes from did so this time as well the address listed belongs to a cable company please I caution everyone receiving these emails to do the same its the quickest way to find out if it is legit or not or google the company and you will find information such as this to avoid any financial hardship never just send them money I have even received emails from people claiming they are stranded or have cancer and need medical attention these people will stop at nothing to steel your hard earned money they have no conscience and do not care who they are hurting please there are places to forward these emails in attempts to stop these crimes and warn others before they become victims report them through your email as well but never just believe and send money

UN law states up to $10, 000 (total remains "as is" with any currency) can be shipped via private/public parcel and (or) postal service to foreign countries or territories. Any "excessive" amount is considered void on delivery.

This is without a doubt a scam as you cant ship that kind of money through any postal or parcel service private or public. Also you cant win a lottery out of another country without residency within the designated country or territory.

I just replied to their email with some of the comments listed on this page, , and even the email came back to me as "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently"

I to just received this scam, in my inbox with the liverwood@bell.net address. I knew it was a scam as I live in Australia and like many others have never entered a lottery in the UK. I hope these b... will get caught very soon and get whats coming to them!

I'm in the USA and just got one too. I hope there isn't anyone dumb enough to fall for this. It's clearly a scam when they ask you for hundreds of dollars to send you a check. The first thing I did when I saw it was google "Liverwood Promotion" and all that came up was scam info. Everyone needs to do a quick google search for anything that seems too good to be true! Don't fall victim to these evil monsters.

I don't understand why anyone would EVER even think for a single second that something like that could be legit. You will never ever EVER win money through the internet via your email address no matter how convincing it seems. DO NOT fall for that sort of crap. It is 100% without a doubt ALWAYS going to be a scam...no matter how much you wish otherwise. Just to be safe you should never even respond to the emails, even if it's just to talk trash because it can risk you catching a virus or getting your email address and or your computer hacked. Remember, never give out any personal information whether it be through email or over the phone.

I also recieved this email. the physical address given for relliance couriers services in the email is really a bathroom store called Simply Toilets... I hope they're upset too
