Liza Rodriguez breached a contract and did not accept the terms of the agreement when it lost its appeal. She went so far as to lie about the course of events in reviews, and to involve her posse when we did not meet her demands, which were contrary to the signed agreement. Liza even involved a cohort named Melissa Amadeo whom for some irelevent reason introduced herself as an ex-military soldier.
Liza Rodriguez submitted a fabric to us for custom fabric dyeing. After reviewing the fabric and identifying certain risks given the fact that she was submitting a textile that had been previously processed, we indicated that we would only process the order if she signed an agreement that acknowledged the work may not be possible due to preexisting chemicals. Liza signed the contract (attached below).
Unfortunately the fabrics did not process well as we expected, they were silk and experienced wrinkling. Something we have no control over. When Liza brought this to our attention we asked that she bring the fabrics in for us to review. This is a reasonable next step. Liza thought this was unreasonable because she had a day-job and lived in Philadelphia, but that is not our problem, we did not ask her to choose an out of state vendor and we do not decide her schedule. Rather than allow us to review the goods she went on an angry and abusive rant, sending dozens of angry emails and leaving false, unprofessional reviews. She went on to have Melissa Amadeo, a woman whom we never dealt with, leave multiple 1 star reviews calling us ‘rude trash'.
Be advised this woman and her posse are capable of being dangerous to a business, if you do not meet their special needs they will swarm you like a pack of agitated locusts. Liza had no respect for our contract, which she signed. It meant nothing to her.
