My son has a college loan. This company continually calls for him. He no longer lives at home. I called the number listed and spoke with someone named "Reggie" at 3:40 PST, today, August 5th, 2010. I stated to "Reggie" that I wanted to be removed from the call list and I wanted them to remove my son. I was told that I was a contact number and the calls would continue because I would not give them contact information for my son. I am keeping records now of the times that this company calls and I will find out what the next step is and take it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is a boiler room of hoodlums taking advantage of innocent consumers. My family was ripped off for $2, 800. We went to this place to check it out and it was run by young punks running around like little gangsters. My family has put in a formal complaint with the Attorney General. This company is a complate scam. Check it out for yourself.
