Hello, I ordered an appliance. 604-460 Doyle Avenue KELOWNA, BC V1Y0C2. Undisclosed subscription that I did not buy. Phone [protected]. Charged 02/25/22, $49.00 Pela Receipt #[protected], $450.00 on March 10, 2922 Receipt #[protected] for the appliance. [protected]@pela.earth / Pela.Earth.com. They refuse to provide a return authorization. June 27, 2022 $39.39. July 5, 2022 $39.39, September 15, 2022 $39.39, September 26, 2022 $41.73. This company is using Stripe to process the payments. I emailed the company and called them September 26, 2022, and July 10, 2022 asking for refunds, to revoke permissions and authorizations for the subscription I didn’t not signed up for. $121.53 is If I knew I had to buy an expensive subscription to use the appliance. The company has charged $619.51. Cannot use appliance without the undisclosed subscription.

Desired outcome: Return authorization. Appliance is not useable without the subscription. Refund the original purchase price and reoccurring charge subscription I didn’t know about.. Total $619.51. $499 is appliance. $121.53 is 3 fees for subscription.
