London Carbon Neutral review: Abuse

Was 'cold called' about investing in carbon neutral credits. Lovely initial chat with representitive, no problem and was told there would be a follow up call with someone senior with brochure being posted. Follow-up call happened but I wasn't ready to commit to investment without consulting wife and also as no brochure had been received. No problem really except you could sense rep wanted the deal. Thanked rep but needed to chat with wife about funds and would like to do a little research first before parting with £3800 and call ceased. Receieved call within a minute from third person (male) from same company. I said hello and how strange him calling as had only just finished speaking with colleague (no anger felt, no other words said, expected him to say that there must had been a mix-up and sorry to bother you). His reply 'That's a very circastic attutude you have and we dont want to have any more dealling with you' !. Couldn't believe what I had heard as had a very informative phone call with the rep and was considering to invest, honest. Phoned LCC back to complain and had very nice talk to female who took complaint and she would look into issue.
