Hi,
Had placed a prepaid order of Rs. 7438 from Look Fantastic India on 9th August'23. While dispatching they did not provide my correct delivery address to the Courier Partner. Now, none of my Government ID's are matching with the given address. Hence, My parcel is stuck at the customs for past three weeks. Look Fantastic Customer Service is saying that since they have dispatched the products they can't do anything about it. When I contacted the Courier Partner, they said either Seller can change the Delivery Address or I would require their Authentication Letter from Seller to update the delivery address. Look Fantastic Team is not even willing to provide the authentication letter.
Now, it doesn't look like that I will ever receive my parcel.
Desired outcome: I would like the refund for my order.
