Our vehicle was damaged as a result of the negligence of their policyholder. I was told to email any documentation we had to [protected]@fredloya.com, along with their claim # and it would be redirected to the adjuster. We have been sending all this documentation since 9-13-22 but when I talked to the adjuster today, she claims she knows nothing about our involvement in this loss and that there was no other email address I can send our documents to. The Claim # is [protected] and the adjuster is Kiara [protected]@ [protected]. She will not take my information verbally and see no reason to resubmit everything to the same email address that is not getting forwarded to her, if she's being truthful.
