In August my husbands credit and debit cards were stolen and wow was charged monthly on his debit card. When the fraud was discovered I went through with my bank to let them know what charges to let though and wow was one of them. I paid Sept bill no issue then the following month my payment was doubled with no explaination... I paid it and then this month the bill was $30 more and that stated that was charged by my bank? not them again no explaination. I went to pay my bill and they refused to accept my credit card as a means of payment and they would only accept my bank account which is not how I want to pay this. Last month I paid with my credit card and it was fine but all the sudden they are refusing payment. Unfortuately where we live the only internet service we can get it wow even though Spectrum and Frontier are available right next to us. Those if are mobile home park are only allowed to get wow which sound illegal to me.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation as to why they will only accept my bank account info even though I explained the situation and why I have no option but wow for internet service
