$1,000 light was described as Distressed wood, iron, and seeded glass. Wood was actually cheap metal tubing painted to look like wood (by a jjunior high art student) and when I tried to return it, the shipping for a 16 inch by 48 inch box was quoted at $511.00 dollars. What a scam. I'm a general contractor, and I will never buy, recommend or even look at this company again. Save your money.
Recommendation: Avoid this company like the plague
They sold you a fake product rich in features and then made sure getting a refund was next to impossible – classic fraud. Dispute the charge for “item not as described” if you paid by credit card. There are contractor groups out there, give them a good reputation. Business like this are banking on people accepting the loss so don’t allow them that level of pleasure.
