Luvakis Rhodesian Ridgebacks review: negligence on aggressive dogs

Paul and Teresa Holmes live in our neighborhood with their dogs. Their male got loose this weekend and viciously attacked our family dog in our own backyard. If my mom didn't intervene, our family dog would be dead for the Rhodesian Ridgeback was tossing her around like a rag doll. Paul Holmes ran away from the incident like a coward without offering his name or information. The Holmes family have yet to apologize or offer to pay for our vet bills, and clearly have no control over their animals. They should not be allowed to breed since it's obvious they feel no need to take responsibility for their dogs!
