I bought a pair of shoe from M/s Sree Leathers Ltd., Connaught Place, New Delhi on 5.6.2007. The shoe was not comfortable to me. I visited the shop on 6.6.2007 and requested for change but the Salesman present at the shop named as Mr.Govind and Mr.Kalyan refused to change the same and instead, told me to hand over the shoe to them so that they would send it to the company's manufacturing unit at Kolkata to get it set right. I was given the date of delivery as 5.7.2007. Despite my several requests for change of shoe, these people simply refuse and there was no senior person available to help me out. Finding no alternative, I gave the shoes to them for setting it right. I approached them on 5.7.2007 but inspite of my several visits thereafter on 7.7.2007, 8.7.2007 and 9.7.2007, my shoe was not returned to me and everytime, I was assured that the same would be returned to me very soon. Finally, they handed over my shoe on 12.7.2007 without setting it right. I have noticed that the same problem has been encountered by many other persons also.

Now, I have decided not to buy anything from this shop anymore and even advised others also not to buy anything from this shop.
