There was news in the HIndustan times of last sunday wherein 45 peoples have joined hands to press for refund of their money.
It is reported that many cases of the same builder M Tech Developers are lying with Economic Office Wing Qutab Institutional Area.
It is better to lodge the complaints at one place so that pressure could be exerted on the builder.

M.Tech Developers are group account of ANS builders. Pressure should be placed on the bankers of ANS BUILDERS to set their house right.

Matter should also be taken up wtih Rajasthan Government for debarring the builder from further activities and necessary action under the Law of the land.

Dear All,
Can any body tell me what to do with Mtech builder, as i already mail cci & eow with attach documents reg fraud happen to me from this builder, pls let me know what else i can do against this builder . as i have booked a villa in 2006 in camelia gardern -1 bhiwadi, as i have given 19 lacs to this fraud builder in 4 instalments +plc, I have called many times to shushil vats/amit jha/mahinder sharma, eairler they were saying they will give possesion for said villa in 2010 & now they are saying there is some stay going on reg some back side road issue. latest update they are saying unless this stay issue will not solve they can not comit when they wll give possesion. so if 20 yrs there case will not solve then they will not give possesion for 20 years. Pls note I maild cci & eow 3 days back but till date i have not recvd any acknowledgement. pls can some body guide me what shld i do next?

I booked 300 sq yard the plot in Camellia Garden-I and 200 sq yard plot in Camellia Garden -II in 2006 with M Tech Developer but till date the M Tech Developer did not the plot on both site. Even did not responded to the investor.I also lodged the complaint in EOW, Crime Branch Mandir Marg and also asked to furnished certain information under RTI ACT. After that I mentally prepared to file the case in Hon'able High Court and requested to arrest him U/S 420/120B IPC.

he must have been granted interim bail on the grounds that he will pay back the money of all investors ...but still he is not doing that properly, using the public money for his own benifits...the next date in high court for M tech devloper case is August 9th, 2012, as informed to us.we all should jointly file a writ in High court to get his bail cancelled ...thanks/ m .jain

On 23rd May, 2013 Hon'ble Delhi High Court had in a way grated bail to CEO & MD M-tech Developers and is a big setback to investors lobby. However it had also appointed a nodal officer. Any aggrieved investor can contact us for redressel of their grievance.

I booked 200sq yard plot in Camellia Garden-II in 2005 and 2 bedroom apartment in Dharuhera Glare in 2006 with M Tech Developer but till date the M Tech Developer did not give any site. They are not answering the phone call and even did not responding by the mail. Please tell me what to do.

Do not accept principal amount or money in instalment from M-Tech Developers Limited. Go for principal plus interest or for plot/flat/villa. Do not succumb to his blackmailing demands. i bought a villa from mtech 7 years ago in goa. they never built the villa. it took them 7 years to return my money in installments after i begged them every day.they used my money to build their company and personal wealth. i was not paid any interest either. they are cheats.i am an NRI thats why i couldnt do anything about it. thanks ssanjiv

I would like to assist you in your case as you have to send a legal notice through an advocate under your instructions and on your behalf & then file a complaint case against M-Tech Developers Ltd. under the provisions of consumer protection act, 1986 in the district consumer forum new delhi in order to receive back your initial booking/Registration amount along with interest and compensation from such builders.The case takes about one and half years to complete the whole case. I am handling such type of cases against M-Tech Developers Ltd. Apart from this some people have filed criminal complaints against the company in the economic offence wing against M-Tech Developers Ltd. I am also handling court case against M-Tech Developers Ltd. and directors of M-Tech Developers Ltd. If you feel interested then you can contact me for initiating a legal action against M-Tech Developers Ltd.. Also would like to get the refund of your money invested from courts. Recently some investors have received their money from courts. The court has now appointed a nodal officer to invite claims from the investors who are looking to get the refund of their money from the builder.

What is the latest against this builder. Now some of the cases would have been decided by courts. Can someone advise me is some relief has been provided to the Investor/actual user?

HI All,
How we can get the money or flat from the builders. I had pay 16.75 lacks amount for 2BKH flat in bhiwadi. But they are not given flat possession.I have discussed with Manjula Madam & Amit Jha so many time to resolve the issue and provide possession of flat. After so many reminders & followup. There is no response from M-Tech developers. Its always so your no care attitude.
I have taken housing loan from LIC housing finance in 2009. Now LIC housing finance is not disburse the loan amount due to delay in project. I have requested to LIC corporate office to re-audit the construction work of M-Tech Developers project. They were ready to disbursement of amount as per re-audit of construction work. Same i had communicated through Phone to M-Tech Rep., Manjula Sharma that LIC Architect Panel will be auditing your site & thus you must ensure that construction work should be executed at the time of re-verification audit.

As per LIC corporate office mail communication there was no labour & construction work going on at the time of audit [protected]).

So plz communicate us when we will get the possession of flat and how you will be resolving the disbursement issue with LIC / other financial institution.

I am regularly paying my EMI on monthly basis from last 05 years to LIC. But i am not getting flat or nor I am getting any benefit from this investment.
Because of non delivery of the project on time and unjustified delay, now price escalation of Input cost has been reported from your side.
It is totally delay of project commitment from your side and you are penalizing the customer, who had been paying the demanded and agreed amount on time to M-Tech developers.

I have asked same question lot of time to M- Tech developers, (through Mail & personally contact him). But there is no care attitude response from M-Tech developers for time frame of project completion and resolving payment disbursement issue.

Plz guide us, what i will do?
