I contacted the emergecy number given as peice cut inside of my lip. I was told they would contact me following morning, Unilever did not call. I called them later in the day and answered several questions as day before. I asked that they pull item from stores as if I would have lodged it in my throat it would have been fatal. I spoke to a supervisor who said someone would contact me by days end that did not happen. I went into same Jewel Grocery store and bars were still in freezer.
I called them again and explained no one called me and I see the Ice Cream is still being sold. I told them I was contacting a Chicago News service and getting a Lawyer I am upset that they will not pull Ice Cream as they say I am only complaint. I saved peice of debris in Ice cream Unilever wants it. I was going to give it to them until I dealt with the customer service at Unilever which is poor at best. I have now been trying to decide to give them the ceramic peice or get a lawyer I am very upset as they are waiting for another complaint I hope the next one wont require watching a child choking to death.
Today I purchased a Magnum Ice Cream which cost me £1.60. I opened it and the below picture shows what I received.
This is dangerous good job my grandchildren never opened it hope this gets to you its my third attempt please check quality control
