I booked 25+25 pieces of male/female connectors of DB15. Order was confirmed after money transaction. Next day I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. Reason was that I placed 2 orders of same item with same company due to net problem. Second order number was [protected] which has still not received. I see finished status at the my orders and company representative do not reply or reply very lately and seldom. They have not refunded my money though I have provided them proof of money transaction.
I am not proceeding my further orders due to this company's behavior.
