True vindicators of men's hygiene!
I've been hearing about manscaped for about two years and finally got the "balls" to step up and try it. Verdict... Tremendous! Long story short their products are of premium quality for a very conservative price. Honestly, you can't put a price on confidence and comfort. Manscaped is truly a company that is for the people. I had an issue with my initial experience an they made it right immediately! No two week wait for a response due to Covid-19, I get an email with a humble apology and a strong gesture to right what went wrong. In this day and age people don't admit to fault let alone give self penance... These people do it all. I am a believer! P. S I got rid of my quarantine bush and have a bit of normalcy restored!
Perfection!
Coming from someone who does not write reviews. I just had to reach out for this product. Finally, a trimmer just for men with no nicks, scratching or tugging on one's delicates. The trimmer cuts away just the right amount that I don't even have to use a razor. The blade replacement plan works for me, it's inexpensive and shows up every three months. I have purchased most other men trimmers and all have not even come close to this one. I had strong doubts at first but six months in and it definitely was the best purchase for my personal use. I wish the company would sell the deodorant, wipes and wash all as a monthly replenishment. This would make it the ultimate male body care combo. I definitely recommend this trimmer.

Great way to keep neat & tidy!
Love my Manscape kit! Comes in a handy bag to keep everything organized. The trimmer is really well designed and simple to operate. The light is SO handy! Cleans up easily when i'm all done and holds a charge for a couple of uses. The lotion and spray smell good, very masculine, and does a nice job of keeping the bits fresh. I got some foot spray too in my last trimmer head replacement, which also works well. I've had other trimmers before and the Manscaper blows all of them out of the water... literally, this trimmer is waterproof so use it in the shower! For on the go maintenance, the Crop Mop wipes are awesome. Same great scent and individually packaged so you can keep them handy. Throw a couple in your bag, backpack, keep 'em in the office, etc. Can't wait to see what Manscape comes out with next!
Protect your Balls
Literally the packaged MANSCAPED offers you will truly make you feel like the king you are. What I was most impressed with was the options to protect your royal jewels. Secondly they do not want you to be without a single product so they have subscription options as well. What came in the mail was nothing short of amazing. Everything came wrapped and protected from ship to final ship destination. I almost did not want to take it out of its compartments. I did. Lol. I mean from the charger to the pH spray. I didn't know they make pH spray for your balls or deodorant for your balls. Bic, Norelco, Sheick don't have nothing on MS. The first time I used it I was In heaven. I did not feel the blades going against my nuts. It was so smooth. MANSCAPED COMPANY you are truly on a mission to protect man jewels everywhere.
Start Ballin' with The Performance Package - Replenishment
Loving my Lawnmower 3.0, Weed Whacker and Refined Cologne. The package also came with a bunch of other goodies like the Shed & boxers and I really like them as well. The order shipped fast and was delivered sooner than I expected. A few weeks after my purchased I misplaced the guard for the Lawnmower 3.0, so I emailed support asking how to purchase another and they sent me a replacement guard free from charge or shipping. I'm so happy with my purchase, I will continue on with the replenishment blades for the foreseeable future and certainly purchase more Manscaped items. Great products and amazing support! Thanks, Manscaped, for helping me start ballin'.

P.S. The Lawn Mower 3.0 comes with a charging stand & USB adapter and the Weed Whacker comes with a charge cord & USB adapter. The USB adapter is a nice touch, considering I paid $350 for headphones that didn't even come with one. Also, I spent ten minutes trying to get the orientation of the picture I included correct and I don't think it worked out.
Manscaped Review
For what this product is, I feel like it works very well compared to how I used to shave with a pair of clippers and cheap dollar store razor (not the safest method). Shaving one's genital area still brings me a lot of anxiety, so it helped lessen that a little. Nothing on the fault of the product itself. I still need to buy the actual safe razor product that Manscaped sells, but I've only actually used the manscaped shaver once within the last few weeks. I think it did a pretty fair job. Not bad. I do think the newspapers for containing the mess of hair while shaving was interesting. Some humourous random articles in that. I haven't used the nose trimmer yet that came with it. Looking forward to that since I'd bought a cheap one from the dollar store that worked well until I accidentally dropped it in the sink one day and the gears fell out and I couldn't reassemble it properly. But as far as the shaver, I give it an 8.5/10. Not a bad product at all and I'd highly recommend as an alternative to any riskier method one might be considering when trying to maintain their hygiene or look below.
Purchased the Lawn Mower 3.0 Perfect Package and Weed Whacker
As soon as I received the products ordered, I could instantly tell the quality right away. Still with all the positive feedback I'd heard, I was still skeptical of it's capabilities. Those concerns were laid to rest once I used the Lawn Mower 3.0. I suffered no nicks or abrasions from using this expertly designed shaver around my groin and leg area. The battery life was sustainable for quite a while as I meticulously maneuvered across my skin. Once done I took a shower and applied some of the Crop Preserver, which does reduce chafing and smells good too. The same goes for the Crop Reviver, if I'm not feeling fresh later in the day. The boxers that came with the Perfect Package grooming kit were silky smooth and felt like a second skin. They are without question the best thing to put on right after manscaping and showering. I was so impressed with this product's performance that I also ordered the Weed Whacker later. I've used it only once, but it's done a great job removing any unsightly ear hair and nose hair. The overall assessment I can provide anyone considering any of these products is that they work as intended and without fail. The research and development team clearly did their homework and I am forever grateful.
I've finally found the one
I received my lawn mower 4.0 a few weeks ago and man, has this thing been a game changer. It's marketed as a trimmer for your undercarriage but it's so much more than that. This is the first trimmer I've used that safely and quickly removes hair from those sensitive areas. But it also ended up giving me a more consistent trim on my beard and I've used it to make quick work of hair removal on my legs and torso. Originally I purchased this to augment my clipper/trimmer arsenal. Not sure how everyone else used to do a full manscape but I had one set that was good on my beard and body, another set I used to help fade my edges, and another one simple to make clean lines on the edges. I ended up throwing out those other devices because I can do it all with the Lawn Mower. My bathroom isn't cluttered with multiple devices and charging adapters now.
I ordered the performance package and can vouch for the ball toner, the bag it comes with and those Magic Mats as well. Those things are crucial for keeping the shower clean when I go into a full hair trimming session.
All in all I am super impressed by this product. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time and I will definitely be getting these heads replaced every so often.
Excellence in a Travel Bag
So I'm at my girlfriend's place scrolling through instagram when I came across the ad for the Lawnmower 3.0 all inclusive pack. I showed her the ad as a joke... she did not take it as one. About a week later, I see a box from Manscaped on the kitchen table. As I started questioning who was about to get the Redd Forman special from these size 12s I realized that she had actually bought that mess for ME & was waiting for my birthday to give it to me. She was like "well since you already saw it, take it home now."
So I'm doing 64 in a school zone when I'm thinking "man watch this be another waste of a grooming kit." I got home thinking this about to be nothing but a fried baloney sandwich and some sugar water in a box that costs $89...
I damn near called Manscaped headquarters to apologize for my ignorance. My friends stopped talking to me because I won't shut up about this product. My man bits are so smooth I squeak when I walk. The ball deodorant alone is a product that I never knew I needed until just now. I look down at any man who's letting someone's offspring within a 10-mile radius of their junk without a solid trim, toner & deodorized finish.
EVERY man should have this kit. My life isn't altered, its completely changed. I made an entire account to write this one review. If you actually read all of this, your next course of action should--nay... MUST be to stop what you're doing, and buy this product. You'll never go back to being dirty again.

Excellent products. Love the scent, shaving gel, shower gel, and weed whacker. The Reviver cream, and personal hygiene clean up tools are delightful and super safe to use. Frequently get compliments from my girlfriend. I take the credit, but its really due to your products. She appreciates my paying attention to these hygienic procedures. She says the after shave (***) cologne fragrance turns her on but she might be exaggerating. Your products have energized my love life. Thanks for that. One last thing. Your Manscape sponsored *** tutorials are also very enlightening. You might mention those in your product literature. I stumbled on them accidentally. Automated email responses and inconsistent customer service was a regular. But I recently had an exchange with Chris E, and can honestly state i've never been more satisfied in my history of online shopping. I ordered the lawnmower 4.0 with the peak hygiene plan a few months back and it came quickly. After the first use below the belt, I knew it was a game changer! I had never gotten a better shave. Paired with the crop preserver I had never felt more refreshed after a shave and shower! I felt like a whole new man and my confidence went sky high! I personalized my next package and decided to get the Refined cologne. The package came before i knew it. I love the scent of the Refined cologne by Manscaped! I feel manlier and smell it too! The Lawnmower is able to cut close in areas that other razors would leave me in a bloody mess. I'm able to chose the length of my body hair anywhere I want to without risking being nicked or cut. The Weed Whacker is able to get into areas of my body that grows hair, nose&ear, and isn't able to be cut by the Lawnmower. Both have long lasting batteries, and are durable(I've dropped both of them on the bathroom floor by accident). Shipping during the pandemic was slower, by only about a week or two. And customer service sent me emails about to keep me updated about my orders. I'm going to continue to purchase my Men's personal hygiene products from here, and I would recommend other men to check them out.

I jad a couple of questions so I emailed them. They got right back to me amd honestly stayed in constant contact with me until our product was delivered. Even after it was delivered we got an email asking if it was all good. Not many companies even take the time to do this. It really made a difference. We will continue to order from Manscaped. But then I started really talking care of myself. Started with a revitalizing shampoo that brought back my hair from the damaged mess that it was. Then I picked up a ton of Manscaped products. I thought it was some overrated online store that was just tapping into a young audience, but when I took the chance to try their products, I was met with fantastic customer service, excellent packaging, and extraordinary quality products. I looooooove my razor, underwear, and ph refresher. Makes me feel like a new person. Truly a fantastic company. Has now made it on to my extremely tight assortment of healthcare goods. I STILL have the first lotion bottle working its wonders for me through 10hr shifts everyday at the warehouse I work at 5 days a week. I thank God for the reliability of this product because an added bonus is that I got the Lawnmower 3.0 before Covid and it's been perfect for manscaping but even giving myself my own shape ups. To the degree that I had other dudes asking me where I got my hair cut at and who's open. Just told them I did it myself with the Lawnmower 3.0 haha. The Fellas at Manscaped know what they're doing and I look forward to benefiting from more of that. Thanks for making reliable products and not trying to oversell yourself. The Lawn Mower *** IS THE WAVEEEEE! I’ve never had an easier experience clearing the forest! All jokes aside, from a regular maybe hour chore turned into a quick 10 minutes and that’s because I was constantly being awed by what this thing could do! I no longer have to be jealous of my wife’s cleansing routine, I’ve got one of my own! The *** deodorant gives me a refreshing and confident feeling I’ve never felt before I’ve started my day. The *** toner? Don’t get me started, my Epcot center has never smelled so inviting. Oh and they also send the cutest cleaning mat newspaper, I appreciate little things like that and I’m sure you will too! And you can pack everything into your manscaped official pouch, which is oh so convenient! I can’t wait for my next order! I should note, during these harsh times it’s really good to receive something so thoughtful and well packaged and I know a lot of care went into this product and they really take care of you over there at Manscaped. 10/10 in my book, I’d rate it higher if I could.

I loved the Save your *** news paper i actually have it in a frame on my wall. everything works perfect even in the shower and the 4.0 has the LED light which is really nice being i have a darker bathroom. i havent used the Plow 2.0 due to not having any Natural/ fresh shaving cream and or gel. I am hoping MANSCAPED can figure something out and pull off a nice shaving cream for my face. The body was and shampoos smells ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Definitely wont be going back to any other brands. I also got the Ball Toner and Ball deodorant. NO MORE sticky sacks on your legs and thats coming from someone who works in a factory in the middle of July lol. This is what happens when you order from Manscaped
You'll check out the products on their website. They seem of good quality. The "brochure site" is nicely designed. Maybe you saw them on Shark Tank? They seem more or less like other ecommerce sites you've been on. Looks pretty promising, especially for a somewhat cheeky gift.
As you're browsing, you'll get an offer for "Expedited Shipping" with a 10 minute counter. You'll pick something, step through the checkout process on their website, trying to figure out what exactly 'expedited shipping' means, and when you could expect arrival. You figure there will certainly be a page showing you the delivery options and estimated shipment dates, before they actually charge you - right? So you go ahead and click on 'proceed'.
Nope. You get redirected to a "Thanks For Your Purchase!" screen. But, oddly, not even this screen shows anything about when or how the product would be delivered. Then, you'll get an email receipt... which also contains absolutely no information about how or when the item is being shipped.
Baffled, you'll reach out to their "priority support" lines, who will refuse to tell you when the product you just ordered will arrive, or ship [see the image of their extremely helpful response to me, below, for reference]. You'll email them more questions, and be completely ignored. You'll decide to call them out on social media, at which point you'll find that they become *verycommunicative!
Sadly, the social media rep will tell blatant lies (like "check your order status on the account page" -- which does not contain the order status) and move the conversation to a private DM, at which point they will simply refuse to help you, and then stop responding.
Confused and concerned about the ethics of this shady company, you'll go to the Account settings page to strip your personal info out, at which point you'll discover that you can't. Nope, you have to make up dummy placeholder info to overwrite it -- which also means that if you only have one credit card, there's no way to get your card out of their system.
You'll tab over to your email to send them another message they certainly won't respond to, to kindly ask them to please take their hands off your credit card. You'll discover that they've already thoughtfully sent you a promotional email -- even though you unchecked the "it's okay to contact me for promotional purposes" checkbox somewhere deep within their multipage checkout form.
Then... you'll decide to do everything in your power to make sure everyone knows what a scam this company is, and you'll find this website, and read this. I'm sorry you've arrived, but I feel you. Yeah, they suck.
PS: Make sure you go through all ~fifteen "are you SURE you want to cancel this?" popups to fully cancel the auto-renewing subscription service that will be attached to your account without your consent!
Unacceptable customer service and misleading advice
I placed an order for the Performance Package 4.0, and Beard Hedger Pro kits on Oct 15th. Not 2 days later, they announced the Lawn Mower 5.0. Since it had features I thought would be better suited for me, I wanted to upgrade. I contacted support who let me know the package had already left, but I could just refuse delivery, or bring unopened package back...

So I went through PayPal, because that was how I payed. and emailed them two more times they canceled my subscription but not my order I kept emailing and finally I get an answer today telling me that they cannot cancel my order because its in a warehouse and its processing but it has been processing since the minute I put my order in now they are telling me that they are going to ship me out my package and I cannot get a refund or cancel the order. That I? have to return the item and have it delivered to me. they do not answer their phones I do not want this package they said they are going to mail it out to me and I have to send it back in order to get a refund. If it is still in the warehouse why do they have to ship it to *** think this is very shady practice just like how they try to throw you into a subscription I want the order canceled I do not want them to send me this package I want a refund
The exact thing happened to me! I NEVER signed up for a subscription. I am completely gobsmacked. I bought my son a gift box from them years ago for Christmas. Come to find out they put me on some sort of subscription WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. At least I believe that is when it happened since I only made one purchase from them. My Husband did not realize the charges were a scam on our credit card. I had no idea this was happening. I just went and cancelled, and I feel so duped, scammed and violated! I never even knew I had an account, I had to reset password and go in and see what was going on. I could not even believe my eyes when I saw all the charges. VERY glad my Husband finally questioned why the charges kept showing up on the charge card. I feel like they should be reported for fraud!
Company charged my credit card WITHOUT my approval. They provide NO way of contacting them to resolve disputes. It's quite apparent by reading the multitude of complaints that this is their typical M.O. While their product seems adequate, I would NEVER have purchased from them had I known they were cheaters and scammers. I will never purchase another product from them. I just want them to stop charging my credit card and leave me alone.
I was unable to remove my credit card info from MANSCAPED unless I switched to a different tab that was related to a plan that I did not sign up for as I was using a guest account for promotion. This plan I had to unsubscribe from required me to locate and exit out of 3 different ads to cancel my plan and only after I did this was I able to cancel my plan. Afterward, I was able to finally delete my account details. The products are great however the practice of automatically signing up for a plan and requiring the deactivation to be a longer than necessary process worries me in regards to how they operate at a larger scale as I believe I am more active in subscriptions I have and understanding of how to unsubscribe from them.
My 17 year old daughter made a 1 time purchase using my credit card with authorization for a Christmas gift from this site. She did NOT authorize other products or subscription. Since then I have had recurring charges on my credit card and they have sent 1 additional item. I called 2 X and the phone number refers you to send them an email, which I have on 4 occasions to cancel all orders/subscriptions. And I asked for a refund for everything after the Christmas gift. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DO NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION OF ANY KIND WITH THEM.

On October 25th, I ordered the Performance Package as a gift for my husband. October 28th I received a shipping notice from DHL that my order would be in transit once received from the company. I waited 4 weeks and no order. I contact MANSCAPED and they asked me to wait 3 more days, so I did. I contacted them and they blamed DHL and said they would send another. I contacted DHL and they stated that they had never received the order from MANSCAPED to ship out. November 24th I received a shipping notification from *** stating that they would ship my order as soon as they received it. Today is December 3rd and *** has still not received the order. I called *** directly in case the system wasn't updated and they confirmed that they had not received anything yet. I have tried to contact MANSCAPED on numerous occasions, through email and *** messenger (they do not have a phone number that you can actually speak to anyone on), but I am only asked to be patient and COVID is slowing things down. They even went so far as to refund me 15% of my purchase price, but have still not sent my order to the delivery service. I have been waiting the last 3 days for a response and they seem to be outright ignoring me.

When you check out at Manscaped, the checkout page is automatically set to a recurring subscription. A customer has to manually change this autoselected option in order to make a one-off purchase. This is incredibly deceitful. This causes many people to unknowingly select the subscription and not realise it until they are charged again. No company should have subscriptions autoselected. This should be a secondary option, and the default should be a one-off transaction. Manscaped is sneaky, and although they MAY issue a refund, how many customers don't follow this path because they don't have the time to do so? How much money is Manscaped stealing from those who just cancel and move on? I'm sure this is what Manscaped banks on. Manscaped, do better. Your practices are shady and you know it. So many complaints for the same issue on here, yet you've done nothing to fix it - just bandaids.
There was one incident back on July 3rd, 2022 where I got charged for $16.29. I didn't plan this purchase but it seems to have went on with a plan that I did not see when I initially made just one order for a gift for a friend on December 11th that costed about $104.35. The plan seems to charge every 3 months from what I looked up about it. But in all honesty, I just want my recent refund that was charged for $16.29 to be made along with this three month subscription plan to be canceled. Now if I can get my refund back from the last charge of the 3 month plan of whenever that was, that would be nice, but I just really want my recent refund and for this plan to be canceled entirely.

My account keeps being wrongfully charged 190$. It was charged last night and they said they cannot even see a transaction and refunded the money to my card. Then, this morning it was charged another 190$ for no reason. I cannot access my account because when I hit forgot password it says email sent and no email is ever sent. I contacted their customer support line via email and they said we sent an email to reset your password and they never did. Ironically the only time I can get a response is when I threaten legal action for unauthorized purchases on my card. I am still waiting to hear back as to why I was charged this time. I can provide screenshots of all emails and issues if needed. All I want is my account to be completely wiped from their system. I never gave them authorization to save my card information in the first place. But they kept it and have decided to charge me whenever they want. I dont want anything to do with what they have to offer me, and I did not order anything. I want my money back and I want to know why I am being charged without authorization. It is important to not that this is not about their subscription service. These are just basic sales that they will not help me resolve.

I purchased a Men's personal groomer and nose clippers in January from Manscaped. I received the product in January and thought that was it. I do not recall being asked if I wanted to be charged quarterly but I was charged $16.11 for recurring charges. I don't know what service this is for, but it's a scam and want a refund. I tried to contact Manscaped but it just provides an email and I received an automated response with no resolution to my issue.
We have reached an advertising spot agreement with Manscaped. The agreement states that we are to be paid $100.00 to run an ad spot on our podcast Ringside Reporter Live. This company has failed to pay us after agreeing to do so.
The package manscaped sent me was full of ants and larva! I have a colony of ants living inside my vehicle, where the package was. I literally cant drive my vehicle or put my child in it because of all of the ants. I cant even get in it with out ants crawling all over me! Its disgusting! Purchased on 12/9. I submitted a return on 12/27 b/c there is a 30 day return. The first email sent they responded asking me "are you sure, here's video, please respond AGAIN and let us know if you want to return". If I wasn't sure, one would ask why would you submit a request to return for a refund. I responded back telling them for the 2nd time on 12/29 that I wanted to return. No response. I emailed for 3rd time on 1/2 that I would like to return, no response. I emailed for the 4th time on 1/5 that I have not received a response to please send me a return label. Company states they will get back with you 24-48 hrs. Well... that hasn't happened after my 1st email. It appears that I am stuck for a product that my husband did not like AND they are going to charge me for a monthly fee for products that I don't want. I purchase this product and canceled my subscription *** but they continue to charge my credit card. I have blocked them today from my card. they have done this for over a year and continue to do so even after many emails as they have no live person to talk to.
I made a one off order for a trimmer+producs package and the company quitely subscribed me to a monthly recurring plan plan. This was not properly highlighted in the checkout conditions, was not signaled as a cost and I did not tick a special box to confirm this. This is a very shady practice. I want them to cancel the subscription immediately, revert the first recurring payment they took out and eliminate my payment information.
I bought their products including the peak plan, and I tried to log into my account to cancel the plan only to never be able to login and cancel it. I did the forgot my password and change the password and tried to login again and it still didnt work.
My card was charged thru PayPal at 3am on April 9, 2022 for a purchase of $252.68. It was apparent fraud because the perpetrator changed my email address and password as well. Ordered two separate shavers. One for me in *** and one to be sent to my teenage son in ***. Order placed 11/29. Received correspondence with tracking number for *** priority mail (2-3 days). Three days later I contacted customer service via email bcuz the status of both was label printed, *** awaiting package. Three days passed without a response and again I sent correspondence asking for update and again two days without a reply. Bought a lawnmower 3.0 from target 2 weeks before Christmas. And used it 2 or 3 times and put it on my shelf. Then randomly a few days before Christmas it randomly started turning on in the middle of the night and wouldnt turn off or I couldnt turn it on. So after a few nights of this I emailed manscaped support and they were very nice about it and said they would send me a replacement and said it would take a few days to get the tracking number and stuff back to me and I was like ok thats great. A week goes by and nothing so I emailThem again and asked them about it and they never responded. Take in to account this entire time my razor is littelry going off every single night and waking me up at unholy hours. So Im obviously fed up with it so one night when it goes off Im like ok I got a idea so I just close it in my bathroom and let it go until it dies so it wont wake me up any more and it does die the next morning when I check on it. So I put it back on my shelf and leave it for a few days. When I check on it next I try to charge it and the thing wont even turn on or charge the light doesnt even come on. This is not acceptable that a 70$ razor that is advertised as the best thing in mens grooming since sliced bread littelry breaks after 3 uses and dosnt even work after it dies. I ordered the *** on 5/2. It is now 5/14, nearly 2 weeks later. One week ago I chatted with a representative and asked for an update to my order status. The representative said, "there is no status". I was confused by this answer. I then asked if I could have an estimated shipping date and was given the same answer, "we don't have an expedited shipping date."I then asked if she/he could please let me know why it was taking so long to process my order and why they charged my credit card if they didn't have the product to send me. I stayed on the chat for over 30 mins after presenting that question to which there was never a response. On, 5/11 I sent an email to their customer service team asking the same questions. Even though their website says 1-2 business days response time, I have yet to get a reply email let alone confirmation of them receiving my email. This has been a very frustrating ordeal in which most companies handle very well. If they are having processing issues or even shipping issues they should alert their customers. How does a company that business model relies solely on shipping not have an estimated shipping time? You would think if that's all they did they should be able to track how long it took for an order to be processed and shipped and then be able to give and ETA. Very upsetting and quite frankly very embarrassing for Manscaped.

I purchased the Performance Package on 05/20 (Order number ***). During the checkout process I was asked if I wanted to enroll in the Peak Hygiene Plan. I opted into the program and elected to receive a shipment every three months. I received my first Peak Hygiene Plan shipment three months ago and everything worked as I felt it should have worked. However earlier this month I received an email advising me to select my items for the upcoming shipment. I attempted to log in with the username and password that I created when I made the initial purchase (I had wrote the information down) but it would not work. I used the reset password on the website and was sent a link to reset my password. It also did not work. I tried this a few times before reaching out to their support team. I received communication back that I did not have an account and that one had been created. I was able to log in to the account and it states that I am not enrolled in the Peak Hygiene Plan and has all of my current information. I reached out again to support letting them know that I feel that I have a duplicate account. I have made several attempts to reach out and I have received no response. I found a phone number for the company but it only plays a recorded message and then hangs up. I did not have the opportunity to select what items I received and have no access to my original account. I would like reimbursement for the last charge and cancellation of all future shipments.

Im completely Fed Up. As I can see from other complaints I'm not the only one who is been dealing with the same issue. I ordered my husband's gift December 9th they took the money out right away. I got the confirmation email the next day. I emailed them three times asking why I haven't received my tracking information yet ( a week after my money came out) I got no reply other than an automated email with my tracking information. I paid for expedited *** shipping which cost extra money. *** expedited shipping is 3 to 5 business days. I then finally got my tracking number so I went to the *** site and as of today December 17th it says it's going to be here today. But I scrolled down further and it says the label is ready and that *** hasn't even picked it up yet and it's still waiting at the manscaped facility. I've tried to email another four times asking what is going on with my package. And of course no response not even an automated response. Every time I sent an email I've only got an automated response. The customer service is horrible, I paid for expedited shipping to make sure my husband's gift got here before Christmas and as it States today on the *** site it is supposed to be delivered but obviously that's wrong because it hasn't even been picked up yet. All it says is that a label is ready to be put on my package it hasn't been shipped has been sent out for delivery and of course I'm getting no response. Why did I spend my extra money on 3-5 day expedited shipping for nothing. I want an actual response for manscaped telling me what the hell is going on with my package.

We have been trying to contact customer service about a product we purchased for nearly two months now. We posted a *** review, included below, after 30 days of no response from their customer service department. A person commented that they would reach out to us, and when they did via email, we responded immediately with our problem with no response back. It has been another three weeks since this last communication and we have still not had this issue resolved. Original Post on *** Reviews (Posted by ***): We were so excited to receive our Lawnmower 3.0! It worked beautifully, twice...and then we think it may have died? We unfortunately encountered this problem with our product and no one seems willing to help us. Our trimmer does not charge whatsoever, and we (***) contacted customer service (***) twice over the last month with no response. This is the address listed in our order email to contact if we have any issues as well as on their website, and it states that we should expect a response within 24-48 hours. We can understand delays in communication due to the pandemic, but it has been about 700 hours (29 days since we first reached out). We also tried reaching out on their social accounts (*** and ***), and the responses on *** stopped immediately upon realizing we had an issue with their product. Genuinely upset that there seems to be no platform to receive help. We just want to figure out how to get our product working. About 3 months ago I had a charge of $16.09 on my credit card. At that time I thought my son, who was living with me at the time, took my card and used it to order from Manscaped. So I called my credit card company and told them and I didn't file a claim, but they sent me a new card. I was going to see if my son wrote my credit card number down and was going to continue to use it. I thought getting a new card, I could trap him. Well he moved out mid October with his dad down in ***. I just received my credit card statement and there was another charge for $16.09 from Manscaped on my statement. Now I was furious because I know my son didn't order anything and I know for a fact he didn't even know I had a new number. So you tell me how an online company can have access to any credit cards without the holder's knowledge. I called my credit card company and they are filing a claim. I tried calling the *** number listed on my credit card statement for Manscaped and it gave me an email address *** if I had any questions or press 1 and it would connect me with a customer service person. I pressed 1 and I was disconnected. I tried it again and once again, I was disconnected. I did send an email letting them know that I was turning them in and that they were stealing from me. I have no idea how they got a hold of my new credit card number. I would like you to check into this. This is very concerning. My credit card company is sending me another new number in about 7 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and it is stealing. I can't get over how companies can find a person's credit card number and charge whatever they want on it. I purchased products from Manscaped totaling almost $100 on 11/27. I expected to receive some sort of shipping confirmation within a day or two notifying me that my package was transferred to their shipping partner with tracking information. On 12/6, after more than 5 business days, I created an account on their website to track the shipment only to find that a shipping label had been created but the package was never shipped. After waiting a couple more days, I checked again and found the same information after which I contacted customer service to inform them that if the package didn't ship in a timely manner I would be canceling my order. The response from Manscaped was that "your tracking information has not updated accurately". After giving Manscaped ample time to transfer the package to the courier and them failing to do so, I wrote customer service again to cancel my order on 12/11 and voiced my displeasure with their service. I was given the following response: "Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel your order from our warehouse prior to being packed for shipment". This response implies that my purchase was not only never given to the courier in the first place, but was never actually packaged for distribution. I was of course told that the courier was responsible for not updating shipping information, but it would seem that the shipper is simply negligent in processing orders. The complete lack of communication regarding shipping, and the lackluster response from customer support is concerning to say the least. The fact that my order cannot be canceled until I receive the package and it is then recieved back after I refuse acceptance is egregious. My order and my money are being held hostage...you can't eat your cake and have it too, Manscaped.

Ordered their "performanc package" on Jan 4th. It shipped quickly but shortly after it had shipped tracking had stalled to a point where I was concerned. I order many packages weekly and have been even throughout covid and noticed this was a concerning delay. I attempted to contact them. I email their support line and waited the suggested 24-48 hours and didn't receive anything in return. I then sent them messages on facebook and instagram and still didn't receive a response. Then I finally had received my first email response approx 1 week after the initial one. I received a generic response saying that they were having delays with tracking etc. They said if I had not received the package in a few days to email back. Well I did email back (at this point it had been approx 2 weeks since the produc had shipped). The product was stuck at the airport and tracking hadn't updated and I assumed it was lost. I emailed the shipper and company again. I again waited a long time for a reply and was sent only the same generic response as the initial one. Me being frustrated then replied again stating I have paid you for a product that is lost. I also notified them if they could not resolve this I would be contacting my credit card company for a dispute/charge back. I have email back/forth with them several times over the last month and every response if the same generic bs. I took my time to explain I was concerned my package was lost, I explained it has been almost a month etc and they never addressed my concerns. I read reviews similar to this online. I feel I should not have to dispute a charge on my credit card (first time doing this) and I believe the company should be held accountable for collecting a customers money and not confirming delivery or assisting with a lost product. I have filed a dispute with my CC. I also have all email correspondance saved as well. It's really embarassing the way they handled themselves and I think it should be noted on their file.

I purchased a gift for my father on-line from Manscaped.com. I thought I was just purchasing a one time gift. They have some sneaky fine print that I missed that actually signs you up for a quarterly subscription to some hygiene plan. They started charging my credit card $19 every three months. I'm unable to cancel the subscription because I did not give them my email address only my CC with the gift purchase. They say they can't locate my account to cancel the subscription as a result. They have no phone number to call to talk to a person. Their email support is unwilling to assist with canceling the subscription. This is an incredibly bad business practice. This business needs to be stopped or disciplined in some way.
I placed an order for 1 of their products which I did receive. I noticed on a recent credit card statement a charge for $20.53. Checking on the website I found that they are shipping me something that I did not order, and additionally did not authoize them to charge my credit card. The only way to reach out and contact this company is by email, which I did. I have not received any response from Manscaped. I want my money refunded and my credit card info removed *** cannot charge me for something I did not order.
Well I ordered online from them on Wednesday 3/15/23 didnt receive any updates about my order, and today is now Monday 3/20/23. I emailed the company and Im sent a link that says a label was made but it hasnt been touched since and the label was made literally one area code away from me. Then the support email tells me that oops our courier should update their system. Then *** told in the support email My account isnt fully registered but thats not what the website and emails tell me when I registered. This is terrible service and I cant call anyone to get a resolution immediately I have to wait about 2 days to hear anything back from the company.
I purchased a trimmer from the Manscaped.com website in January, 2023. My credit card company alerted me to a $20.18 charge from Manscaped, processed at 3:15am on April 20. To find my account details on the Manscaped.com site, I had to create a password, and I found Manscaped had saved my credit card information (I never authorize saving payment info for one-time purchases like trimmers), and enrolled me in an auto-replenishment plan, automatically selecting a 3 month replenishment plan of random products. I was not aware or this enrollment, and feel this practice is calculated and deceptive. There is no phone number that I could find to quickly rectify this directly with Manscaped, my desire was to stop the shipment and receive a refund. Now, the unwanted product is enroute to my home address, which is also saved in *** records.Shopping online is commonplace, Ive never had this situation arise. Manscaped.com. needs to provide clear disclosures surrounding their practices, including the retention of personal data and automatic enrollment in their programs.I wish to be credited for this unwanted charge, and for my data to be removed from Manscaped.coms records.Thank you.
