They have stolen over $2000 from me! I requested a full a refund within 30 days of purchase. Instead of refunding they continue to steal money from my account. David, their customer service manager, is rude and extremely condescending! He says he sent to the secret website address to cancel, yet I never, ever received a single email from him. Hes a liar! I email their accounting department to cancel my account and stop stealing from me. No response. I finally was able to get in touch with a new hire that gave me the secret website address to cancel. Next I will be contacting an attorney and filing complaints with the FBI, State attorney general, Better Business Bureau, as well as suing in small claims court.
