Mathnasium of Columbia Maryland review: Charges for services not used

I contacted Bechkah Malanik who is the Assistant Center director of mathnasium of Columbia in November 2022. I agrred to a one month trial period which included 12 Zoom sessions for my daughter. I was charged $456.00. My daughter was not given the correct log in information prior to the first session. This caused her immense anxiety because she missed a portion of the session. I discussed this with Rachel Barden, the center director. My daughter participated in a total of 4 sessions. I was informed through my credit card company that I was charged $529.00 on 1/1/2023, 3/1/2023 and 4/1/2023. Despite not utilizing the services and discussing with management that I was signing up for a one month trial that included 12 Zoom virtual learning session, I was charged several times. I contacted the facility on 4/13/2023 to discuss this and I received a subsequent email stating that I would only be reimbursed for 4/1/2023 which I was. However, I should be reimbursed for 3/2023 and 1/2023as my daughter did not participate in the program and I discussed only agreeing to pay for a one month trial period which included 12 sessions.
