We purchased a Sanibel 5th wheel from Maxie Price RV in Loganville, GA. We had them deliver the RV to us as it is parked permanently on a lot in Blairsville, GA.
I have received the Technical Service Bulletin 51-1377 back in August, 2021 and we still have not had any help with this repair. Our RV is permanently parked so we cannot take it to the dealership. Their Mobile Repairman had COVID at the time and was not a work for a while, so we waited for him to return to work. However, since returning to work, I have spokeb with hime and he will not repair it due to the distance. We understand there would be a service call charge for travel. No Problems. However, there is a dealership in Cleveland, GA that is only about 25 miles ago. I have called them. I have sent emails to them. I cannot get a response and cannot get any help with this repair and I DO NOT WANT my time window to end without getting this done. What can I do or who can I speak with to get help with this repair?
Desired outcome: I just want someone to make the repair. We know we will have to pay a service call.
