Maxis Centre Aeon Mall Bukit Mertajam review: I am complaining about staff

This Maxis staff name Rishi had told me to get my Iphone XR 128GB White at Queensbay Mall on Monday (4/11/2019) because he said I can take my phone there since it is nearer. But Switch QB said didnt received anything from Switch neither Maxis Alma site to hand over phone to me. He was supposed to give the phone on Saturday (2/11/19) in the first place, but unable to because he mistakenly did not check for the phone stock beforehand, so he made the deal for me to take it at Qb after all the process takes place. He did not answer my calls and texts for the whole day. I had to waste my time and money because of his lies. Now I had to bear waiting another 1 week to able get my phone. I hope something could be done to this. Tqsm
