MayFair WorldWide Vacations review: Accommodation and booking

On 19th January 2025, a call came from MayFair Worldwide Vacations to my husband's number. That was a promotion call of their company. They invited us to a hotel in Gomti nagar, Comfort Inn. We went there, they took our 45 minutes to tell about their company, the salesperson was Shiwani Rajput and Rahul Madovara ,Monika, Bhawana Singh.
They gave lucrative offers in their membership. We checked from our end on Google, it was 17 year old company and we checked only top 5 reviews which were okay but missed out on looking the reviews that were mostly written as Fraud.

Shiwani Rajput ,the sales person was telling us about their membership offers in which they offered:-

1) Stay at 4 or 5 star properties.
2) One week Bonus + 2N/3D domestic stay in 4 or 5 star property.
3) 20k worth flight tickets To and Fro for two adults PAN India except Andaman and Nicobar.
4) 1 Night complimentary either on anniversary or on birthday- Any special day at Neemrana Resort with Breakfast and Dinner ,Cake and Champagne.
5) 4 PVR Movie tickets.
6) 10k worth parlour vouchers
7) No GST extra has to be paid. It is included in 85k membership that we opted.
8) 3+3 year membership that is total 6 year.

No resolution is provided.
All the properties that were sent are 3 star less than 2500 rupees.
No one is picking the call.
No one is replying the mail.

Shiwani Rajput , Monika and Rahul Mandovara did not respond to calls.
I am fed up with this now.Really frustrating now.

When I called the 5 star hotels that were mentioned on their website, they said that they do not have tie up with MayFair Worldwide Vacations. This was shocking for me plus I also see the reviews which were mostly written as Fraud ,Scam.
I regularly called Mayfair Worldwide Vacations customer care number, they just keep on wasting my time. They failed to provide any communication made.

I am pissed off with them. They are actually making public fool and this is completely a fraudulent activity by them

Please help in getting my whole amount 55k refunded. I also asked Axis Bank for a charge back.

I made payment on 19th January 2025 through Credit card. Please help me . MayFair worldwide vacations Is Fraud.

They offered one complimentary night at Neemrana Fort when they were selling their membership on our anniversary or birthday and when I asked for booking they said that they ended tie up with Neemrana fort 3 days back.

They gave username and password for Their Application but when I try to login their App, it says invalid username and password. When I called MayFair Worldwide Vacations customer care number, they said that their App is under IT Maintenance and that is why I am unable to login their App. It's been a month now I am not able to login.

For a normal booking, they have almost taken 20 days with no result. Instead of providing 4 or 5 star properties which they promised and whatever they have mentioned on their website, they failed to provide booking for same. Instead of that they just gave 2 or 3 star option after so Many follow ups. They don't reply on calls or mails.

They said that whatever offers they are Giving , I will get a call and they will confirm all the offers that have been given while selling their membership. I just have to say yes on call when I get that yes these offers have been provided. And the same happened, I got a call from Monika and she repeated the offers that the company given while selling the membership and I said yes on every offer. When I asked that the sales person , Shiwani Rajput said that I will also get a mail regarding all the offers provided , so Monika said yes you will get but I have not received any mail yet and it's been 25 days now.

The company has breached the agreement and false promises have been made.
This is completely a fraudulent activity and I have asked for the whole amount refund.
