THEY CALL OUR HOUSE 5 TO 10 TIMWS A DY OR WEEKENDS AND THREATEN US THAT THEY WILL MAKE SURE WE LOSE EVERYTHING WE OWN.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANNOYING.I DO NOT WANT THEM CALLING OUR HOME NOMORE OR THEY WILL DEAL WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE INSTEAD OF ME.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'm not getting more than one call a day, but the number is blocked, and the CSR will hang up the moment you start to ask for any information that might allow an attorney general to serve them with papers.
If someone can get a physical address I would love to get papers to them. According to certain federal laws, they are liable for $1, 000 for every violation. I'd like to start that clock.
Its Sunday, they aren't supposed to call. Its 830 in the morning and I have 5 missed calls. I took 3 of them, one a hang up 2 the other guy I already told him twice to quit calling my number that's harassment and the dude hasn't been here for years. I asked for a supervisor and he asked for my name. They've been calling for the past week and not leavingvoicemails. They are ###ing ###s.
