I have been using PsychReport since 2009. For the past year I have been enquiring, through the sales portal, when this software will be compatible with Big Sur, the latest software for my MacBook. On 8/5 I received an email telling me that I could connect on 8/9 to get the update. see below:

After leaving 2 messages with the sales dept (212/496-6575). and 2 messages through the sales portal, I waited an entire day with no response. On 8/9, I began leaving messages again. I finally received an email stating that I should connect on 8/12 or after for the update. See below:

I now cannot access the tech support portal for general help with my existing software.
Desired outcome: I would like to switch to another software program but i need to be able to export my files in a compatible format.
