I have had nothing but trouble with this company since moving into this apartment community almost two years ago. Every time you call them, you will have to hold LONGER than 20 minutes to talk to anyone, My record was 54 minutes. First, they did not send me a bill for three months, and their web site was impossible to get any payment information off (old Crystal Reports plug in). After disconnecting my service for non-payment FOR A WEEK, they acknowledged that they had not billed me. Second item...their internet service was hit or miss...once going off line 14 times in one day's time. Took another 30 minutes of holding on the phone to cancel that. Third...paid them $100 IN ADVANCE to move our service from one apartment to another. Did not show; called then next day to say they would be delayed until the following week. Told them I'd already connected everything up and to refund my money to my credit card. Credited the $100 to my account, which is more than a year's service. Now, our service has been out since Monday, and they told us the SOONEST they could get soneone on site to fix THEIR mistake is a WEEK! Like I said...abysmal customer service and product.
