well she is correct, medialink is no longer looking after the rights of the employees, what is important to them is for you to scamed a lot of americans, and if you are no longer scamming people in america, then you will be terminated... please be fair... especially the TLs... please do respect the agent... dont you realize that with out these agent... you will not recive your big salaries...

You guys are just sour graping that nawala kayo sa medialink. Si mommy vheng mabait na tao yan and if ever man na terminate kayo kasalanan nyo yan di kayo bumenta. At sa mga nagsabi na ### ang grants eh lahat naman ng kano ### eh so dont be too angelic ok...

I do agree that the environment in medialink is harsh and they are requiring agents to get 7 sales even if the leads that their giving is recycled that was been called for the last 2 months but don't put the blame to the tl's or floor manager cause they are just following the order giving to them by their boss. I was angry with the pig's their the one giving those order's I called them mama pig and papa pig hahaha! especially papa pig when he came to medialink chaos started he demand more he always muck the tl's and the agent's I hate that goddamn pig his the pain in the ###.

well, i was so furious when i've read these crap...been with medialink for almost 2years now, and so far, so good...yeah the pressure is there, but where the hell will you not get pressured?!as for VHENG BENZON, sexuality should never be an issue, she's good and the best shift man ever, i even got deppressed when she resigned...but anyway, i think it's not with the environment why people are so bitter with medialink, maybe it's with the way you performed here...remember it's a business and not charity, so i guess the big bosses of these company is just doing whatever they gotta do to keep medialink in smooth sailing againts the waves...kung ayaw nyo dito, then go...but for the people na marami naman naitulong ang medialink at umaasa pa rin dito to support their families, just do your job, and do it good...viva medialink!

Well, as far as doing your job is the subject.I would understand if the TL's would be too demanding when it comes to making a sale becoz that is your job to make it sale and that
is the reason why you are being paid for.I just don't want people judging Ms. Vheng Benzon becoz she is as good as ever.People it is a matter of RESPECT!YOU DON'T HAVE ANY

Don't put the blame on the shift managers, Kerby and Vheng are good people even the TL's... Blame the Upper Upper management. They don't treat people right well not exactly they just follow the orders of the heartless big boss there and yeah to the one who hates the "papa pig". When he joined medialink everything went haywire, not only agents but management people are either terminated or resigns. For the biggie boss, well insecurity kills and because they hold the power people can't do anything. Karma's a [censor] mind you. Mind your own business if your managers, tl's and such are dating their agents or other people (don't be envious because they don't do it to you). But people appreciate your stay in medialink, you have learned in a way in that company.. the only problem is.. some or the bosses never appreciated any of your efforts, whether you an agent, tl, manager or staff. Again.. (KARMA'S A [censor]) And to the one that filed a complaint, be waiting for the big day when that happens.

Mga pre, Wala naman ganyanan sa mga team leaders, QA's and Shift managers. Utos lang yan ng mga nsa itaas.. The're just simply doing their jobs. Naging agent din ako dyan before way back 2006. In fact, one of the pioneers ako dyan. Nakasabayan ko sila Kirby, Sette at iba pa. Mababait at masarap kasama yan mga taong kinukutya ninyo. Pero naniniwala ako na talagang walang pakialam ang UPPER MANAGEMENT like P.E.P sa mga employees niya. Isa ako sa mga kilusang mayo uno dyan sa Medialink. Pero di naman tama na kasalanan ng isa eh kasalanan ng lahat..
