i found a dvd i wanted on their site but didn't want to fill out all my contact information just in order to get to checkout so i could find out how much shipping would be. i saw no way of contacting them but eventually managed to send an e-mail somehow, typing "are you there?" in the subject line. today i was wondering whatever happened to my order so i checked my e-mail and found an insulting message from them falsely accusing me of things and saying that they were blocking me and cancelling my order!

Desired outcome: delivery of my order

I would NEVER purchase anything else from this company --THE WORST! and I will tell everyone else to never buy from this guy! They responded to my email in a vulgar and rude manner. I sent them an email over the weekend to update me on the status of my DVD that was ordered Jan 8th,2025 and since it was over a month and I had not received my order I asked for a refund on my cc. They responded saying "How dare I send an email over the weekend (when they are not at work) expecting a refund" They also said "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!" "YOU ARE A JERK" YOU ARE A DISGRACE" and was not eligible for a refund! Threatening me to never contact them again! I have the email saved as proof of my correspondence. And this was just because I asked for a refund.
