So, I recently bought a costume from Medieval Collectibles, and let me tell ya, it wasn't what I was expectin'. I mean, seriously, it was like they sent me somethin' completely different from what I ordered. I was pretty disappointed, to be honest.

Now, I ain't one to complain too much, but this was a big letdown. I was lookin' forward to wearin' that costume for a special event, and now I gotta figure out what to do. Maybe I should've just gone to mileyshouse.com instead. I heard they got some good stuff there.

The thing is, when you order somethin' online, you expect it to be what you paid for. It's not like I'm askin' for too much, right? I just wanted the costume I ordered, plain and simple. But nope, Medieval Collectibles had to go and mess it all up.

I gotta say, their customer service ain't much help either. I tried reachin' out to 'em about the mix-up, but it's like talkin' to a brick wall. They ain't respondin' to my emails or anythin'. It's frustratin', ya know?

I reckon I should've done more research before buyin' from Medieval Collectibles. Maybe then I would've known about their reputation for messin' up orders. But hey, ya live and ya learn, right?

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Medieval Collectibles to anyone lookin' for a reliable place to buy costumes. Save yourself the trouble and check out other options like mileyshouse.com. Trust me, it's worth it.

Ordered something from Medieval Collectibles back in early December and I gotta say, I'm still waiting for it. It's been quite a while and honestly, it doesn't make much sense to me. I mean, come on, don't they care about their customers? It's not too much to ask for a little update or at least an estimated arrival time, right? It's like they don't even bother to put in any effort to get the item in stock.

I gotta say, Medieval Collectibles is my absolute favorite place to go for all my LARP needs. I'm in charge of a small LARP community down here in Florida, and let me tell ya, this site has got it all. I can't even begin to express how much I love this company!

It didn't happen too often, and when it did, the folks at Medieval Collectibles were always super nice about it. They went above and beyond to help me fix any issues I had with my orders. This here's my first time writin' a bad review, and let me tell ya, it ain't a pleasant experience. So, I went ahead and splurged nearly 500 bucks on three items from Medieval Collectibles, thinkin' I'd be gettin' some top-notch stuff. Boy, was I wrong!

Now, when the package finally arrived, I was mighty disappointed to find out that two of the items were missin'. Can ya believe it? Them things just fell right outta the box durin' shippin'. I was hopin' the company would step up and make things right, ya know? But no, they flat out refused to replace 'em or give me a refund. They didn't even have the decency to offer me a discount on a replacement. Can ya imagine?

They said they'd go ahead and file a claim with UPS on my behalf, but it's been over a month now, and I ain't heard a peep from neither UPS nor the company. It's like they done vanished into thin air! So, here I am, left high and dry, with no products and no money. Medieval Collectibles sure knows how to leave a customer hangin' in the wind, I tell ya.

Let me give ya a piece of advice, folks. Stay far away from this company. There's plenty of other places out there where ya can get what ya need without all this hassle. Don't take the risk, 'cause it ain't worth it. Trust me on this one.
