Medivet review: Bad experience

Took my dog to this vet for a dental operation. Operation was not performed to my satisfaction, she was left in pain with what I thought to be 2 teeth left that should have been removed.

Have had this confirmed by 2 other vets, dog has now had another dental today, costing £300 and has had 3 teeth removed, which should have been removed during the first operation.

Medivet refused to reimburse me, so am having to refer to Royal Veterinary College and insrtuct a solicitor to seek compensation.

No apology has been received and my dog has been in pain for a month whilst I tried to sort this matter out.
